We are building a house with Dreamfinders right now and are closing next month! I know you get mixed reviews from customers when it comes to building a home but I have to say I feel blessed we went with dreamfinders. Yes we had some issues but they always resolved them and were always there for us. I am really a big fan of this company and strongly recommend them if you are thinking of buying a home.

Terrible post-home buying experience with builder representative and construction superintendent. No follow through on punch list items or warranty support. Pics are of a soffit repair - punch list item that was required to be fixed no-later-than 1 July 2020. Hurricane is predicted to hit tomorrow. My son and I will likely try to nail the plastic over the gaping hole. Other pic is of a corroded, unsafe ceiling fan the builder has refused to address.
Think hard about choosing this builder.
This company does not control The traffic from the model homes in our neighborhood. People park in front of our house to go to the model homes and trample our grass to the point we are starting to get bare spots and we have brought this issue to the attention of the HOA as well as the agents within the office and it still happens on a regular basis. It would be nice if you would place up no parking signs since some people don't have common sense.
Horrible pre screening experience. The whole point of a pre screening is to take a look at the MANY different options so that way for your final design center appointment to pick everything out you're not feeling stressed or rushed to decide what you'll be getting on your actual design appointment.
Instead we get to our pre screening appointment 10 minutes prior to 5pm and the staff starts 5 minutes late. Get through a quick brief prior to going through the different areas and it was non-stop information overload throughout the tour.
Then after the tour is done the lady says we have 10 minutes to look around and get told to leave literally 1 minute later.
Would give them ZERO stars if I could.

This company from day one was a nightmare their project manager was never on the project itself as a homeowner Dream Finders should ve put me on their payroll because as a homeowner was mostly watching and observing and correcting as what picture I m sending first they said they re warranting my crack as you can see clearly the slab was not poured properly as I stated they agreed now
They put Larson on it and Tries to give me the run around And doesn t want to warranty I wish I never dealt business with these people

Dream Finders is not actually a 'dream finders', they are 'dream destroyers'. We trusted Dream Finders Homes' reputation. My husband and I are making the single most important investment of our lives by handing over almost all of our life savings to them. After signing the contract they assuring me that Dream Finders Homes would continue to increase the remaining houses prices by at least $5000. Unfortunately, as I followed the new construction sales since signing the contract in June, I observed nothing but a constant decline of property values by Dream Finder Homes. However, it has been three months and I am still wasting rent for a small apartment unit that I completely hate, all the while watching Dream Finders Homes DESTROY property value of a house that I cannot even move in. When we addressed this issue they throw the contract at our faces in order to silence us. Signing a contract does not mean I have sold my eternal soul to any seller! Addressing client concerns and grievances in a professional way is Customer Satisfaction 101. This is in now way how a company should approach its customers.
Jennifer helped us design our home with the different choices that go into making a house a home. We were disappointed that because of COVID, there were some things that were limited in our home planning because materials were in short supply. But she did a great job for us and helped keep us around our budget.
