Grateful, it helped me a lot with my skin problem. Excellent Doctor !!
Dr. Hudson had to leave office unexpectedly today, so I elected to keep my appointment with Paloma Cigarroa. So happy I did. She is professional, competent and caring. Very, very happy with her care. We are so blessed that she has elected to return to Laredo and help care for our community!
Wait times can be a little long, but only because the Doctor is very thorough. He really takes his time and answers all questions well. He doesn't inch for the door like many doctors.
So bad, he have consultation until august 2017, and do not have good customer services. So sad because he is the only one dermatologist in Laredo tx ... no good recommendations!!!!
My review on Dr. Hudson is 5 star cause he is excellent. Probably explains why it can take 5 or 6 months for an appointment. To my knowledge he is the only Dermatologist in Laredo.
What puzzles me is that his staff never offers to call patients in the event of a cancellation. Very unusual that they want YOU to keep calling back..... bad customer service from the front office...
My second Dermatologist in San Antonio is also busy, but the front office will put your name into a waiting list cue, then call patients for the option to come in should there be a last minute opening. If you decide to book with Dr. Hudson, make sure you have at least 3 hours to kill .... it may take you that long to see him. He is a very busy man.
Don't go to him. Find a dermatologist in San Antonio or elsewhere. You'll most likely have to wait to see him until another 6 months to a year and you spend 5 hours in the waiting room just for a 5 minute appointment. It's not worth anyone's time or money! Unless you're someone he knows really well he'll probably put you first and see you before he sees the other patients who formally made their appointment the way they are supposed to.
It takes a minimum of six months to get an appointment. Dr. Hudson himself is very knowledgeable and helpful, but his office staff leave much to be desired. Be careful with your information if you choose to see this doctor.
Have to wait over 7 months for an appointment. Called last week, 07-2015...cant take me till mid march of next year. Absurd.
It is March 10th, 2014. I just got off the phone with Dr. H's office. If you want to make an appointment as a new patient, you'd have to wait until Sept. 2014 to be seen.
He's the best! The wait can be crazy long, but he cares about you and takes quality time with each patient! Go in at 7 am and you don't have the wait. We drove from New Mexico for 6 years to continue to see him.
Although there is a wait, it is very worth it! I see a lot of comments about long waits and I remember when I was a new patient 8 years ago my sister and I had to wait about 5 months. He helped me through my teen acne and he continues to help me and my skin now as a young adult who has occasional breakouts due to graduate school stress. He gives a lot of feedback and explained everything so much! He also provides good diet list to help with acne and overall health.
