I have been going to dr.mohans gopalapuram for nearly 20 yrs.now I go there from bangalore.The visit on 13.2 17 made me decide never going there ever again.The billing didnot update IMPS transfer for 5 hrs(done before 9.am) held up my reports for uncleared dues.And the Secretary changing my appointment from 1pm to 2.30 pm &then too saying 3 more patients before me.Iam 65 yr old women & alone getting tense & distressed every second.I thought it better to leave,took my report left without seeing the Dr even though I have paid fees.No snacks/biscuit in canteen.As my phone battery drained with no point to charge it.I expect a little bit humaness as diabetics we are very touchy.I was actually shivering when i left.Now 3 days gone and no response for my complaint i put in box at reception.

I came for my mother in law. For the past 10 yrs she is taking care in this hospital.I can only see the improvement in this hospital.Very well behaviour and kind doctors.I thank Dr.Mohan's for your bright future.

For the Past 10 Years my Father went for Master health check up on quarterly basis(3 months once a year )every time the report said 'Fair' control.This month 01/05/2019 also my dad went for Health check up bit early because his both legs got swollen,but they told to consult Nephrologist Danapriya.she didn't diagnose well,not gave any proper medication,it leads to Dialysis. waste of time and Money...

I felt service offered is valuable more than the money I am spending.

Very good experience with Doctor and Staff. Very friendly staff. Language is not a problem as staff is assigned based on your preferred language as much as possible. Coordination amongst different departments is good. They also provide very informative and interactive session on fighting diabetes. Place is little crowded and needs and better management is needed.

Very nice hospital & good Infrastructure I feel very comfortable inside the hospital... Diabetes patient's may come & visit the hospital atleast once them you never go somewhere else... In the situation of covid-19 they were maintaing the hospital very clean and the social distancing and the sanitizers &thermal scanner very nice & I loved them.....

Very informative and interaction of staff is very good. As per my opinion a clinic should b opened at Andaman and Nicobar Islands also.
