I have been going to dr.mohans gopalapuram for nearly 20 yrs.now I go there from bangalore.The visit on 13.2 17 made me decide never going there ever again.The billing didnot update IMPS transfer for 5 hrs(done before 9.am) held up my reports for uncleared dues.And the Secretary changing my appointment from 1pm to 2.30 pm &then too saying 3 more patients before me.Iam 65 yr old women & alone getting tense & distressed every second.I thought it better to leave,took my report left without seeing the Dr even though I have paid fees.No snacks/biscuit in canteen.As my phone battery drained with no point to charge it.I expect a little bit humaness as diabetics we are very touchy.I was actually shivering when i left.Now 3 days gone and no response for my complaint i put in box at reception.
