I very much appreciate Dr. Suher and the Elite Dentistry team. From cleanings to more complicated procedures, the Elite Dentistry team is there to help. They are gentle and honest- straightforward but kind. They are busy and scheduling can sometimes be a struggle but the service is well worth the wait!

Great service and wonderful staff! Been going to this practice for 4 years now. Was hard to get in but worth the wait!

I am in my 50 s and lucky enough to only have ever had one cavity. Unfortunately, I got one between two teeth and was terrified to get them filled! Dr Lee was so nice and understanding! The whole thing only took 1/2 hour and I didn t experience any pain. Thank you Dr Lee!!

I was having extreme tooth pain and couldn t get in to my regular dentist to be seen. I called around several places but there were no openings. I finally called Elite Dental and not only did they schedule me for the next day, but they called back later to say another appointment opened up that same day if I wanted it (unfortunately I couldn t take that one). So I went to my best day appointment and Dr. Lee was fantastic! Figured out I needed a root canal. I had heart surgery so she took extra precautions and gave me amoxicillin before starting the procedure. The procedure was quick and easy. She personally called me the next day to check in on me. I am beyond happy with my experience! I had never experienced tooth pain as bad was I had that day, and the staff got me in quickly and fixed me right up! I highly recommend them for emergency dental work and even regular visits as well! Thanks Dr. Lee!

I had a crown put on In August 2020. I had problems with pain in December 2020 the only thing they did was file it down. A week later the crown fell out with the whole tooth. I was left with a small stub at my gum line. Now I need to get an implant and every dentist I talked to said they should refund what the insurance and I paid for the crown. I have been calling for months now and billing person is not there all the time she left a message once I called right back but she was not working that day. I finally called again today and she did call back. But they refuse to refund my money. I had my teeth cleaned and x-rays just like the warranty stated. A crown should last longer than 6 months. Warranty does not mean anything there. They could have gotten me in this week but would not cause they get out of the warranty if DR. Retires which he is on Thursday. If they were a reputable company they would have refunded the money that was paid.

Scheduling was easy. Got an appointment as soon as necessary. Polite and caring environment. In and out with ease and no pain. Just needed a crown that fell out glued back in.

I was very pleased with Elite Dentistry of Monroeville. The Dr. Was gentle and took time to explain my teeth situation so I understood exactly what needed to be done. The dental assistant and the rest of the staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. I will definitely return for all my dental needs.

She was super sweet, asked so many questions and etc before going in and just working on whatever. I did have a referral but even with what was written down she made sure, and even was so quick I didn t know it was even happening I am a mother of three and I honestly don t love going for dental care because my mouth is so sensitive. She did an phenomenal job!

Also the staff, wonderful. Everyone super friendly helpful, laughing, smiling even with the mask on. As a hair dresser you can read a vibe. Loved the atmosphere and felt very covid 19 friendly and clean!

I was in the market for a new dentist when I was hit with excruciating tooth pain. I called Suher dental and the receptionist was incredibly understanding and interested in my pain. I don't know about you, but I usually make a decision on where I'll go based on the original call. Some offices with rude or uninterested receptionists are not the kinds of places I want drilling in my mouth. All of the women who have answered the phone any one of the 49594 times I've called have been phenomenal. I went in for a cleaning and exam and Sydney was excellent. I was in a lot of pain so she was sure to be gentle and not use cold water when rinsing. Dr. Du was also incredible. Since my initial visit I've been back for multiple procedures including a root canal. The office is so comfortable. They give you the remote to the tv, put you in a massage chair, and offer a "comfort menu" (coffee, water, blankets, pillows, tv, etc) to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. I will never go anywhere else! Suher Dental deserves more than five stars!

I used to love this dentist! I moved to another city and they remained my dentist for several years afterwards that's how much I loved them. I happened to be in town for a wedding and a crown that they did years ago fell out. The person (Stacey) who answered the phone was rude, short and very unfriendly. I used to always get a family atmosphere feeling when dealing with them. Sad things have changed!
