Dr. Ainspan was excellent about squeezing me in last minute, and was very clear about my ailment. He took time to talk through all my questions and was supportive and understanding. Also, his staff was amazing - I had complicated insurance issues, and they went above and beyond to deal with them. I'd highly recommend!
Dr. Ainspan has been my family s dermatologist since I was a kid. He s an excellent doctor. He s very informative and aware of past problems and what to look out for. I would recommend him to anyone.
Dr is great, but wait times are terrible. If you have time to wait then this doctor is worth waiting for.
I have an appointment for 3:30pm I arrived earlier than my appointment by a few hours hoping I could get seen. This is because as i explained i had to pick up my son at 4 and my husband had to go in for work today when it is normally his day off. So the receptionist said she would ask the dr. She did not pick up a phone nor did she move her her desk to ask the dr if it were possible. I waited 15 min in an empty office with only one old lady waiting to be seen. So I reschedule because one when I went to ask about being seen earlier and her claiming the dr is book with a lot of patients yes I have a later appointment time but again there was only one patient waiting to be seen. Not for nothing but being the receptionist at an office you are the face of the place and being rude to a patient is not something you should be.
My mom has been a patient of Dr. Ainspan for over 30 years. I needed to see a dermatologist and of course he was my first choice. Now my daughter is also a patient. Dr. Ainspan is very patient and listens to your concerns. He provides feedback for you and doesn t rush through the appointment. The staff in the office are also great, they are professional. If you need a referral to see him through your medical insurance, be sure to get the referral from your medical doctor first in order to make an appointment. Without the referral the staff will not schedule the appointment. His office is located near public transportation it s pretty easy to get to. I recommend Dr. Ainspan.
Dr. Ainspan is an outstanding doctor, both knowledgeable and thorough. I always go to him for screenings. He takes the time to do a thorough examination and then goes spot by spot to address all my concerns. I never feel rushed nor am I ever made to feel like any question I have is stupid. If you are looking for an excellent Dermatologist I highly recommend Dr. Ainspan.
Dr.Ainspan is a great Dermatologist who is kind, knowledgeable, and never rushes his patients. However the staff surrounding him is a bit old-school and disorganized. I shouldn t have to leave messages, and call and beg to get results from a biopsy only to never receive follow-up a month after testing. Although I ve been going here several years I have to find a new dermatologist. I highly recommend the physician but can t recommend getting treatment here. It s just missing that 2019 feel.
Dr. Ainspan is very kind, professional and patient. He really did a lot to ease my concerns and help me feel comfortable. I like his office staff and each one of the women I talked to on the phone were also very patient with me as I was anxious and talking too much. It was a very positive experience and I'm going to be sure to not wait so long next time to make my appointment for my routine check going forward.
