I saw Dr. Tsirbas for consultation on revision lower blepharoplasty. From the moment of meeting him, I was extremely impressed with his professionalism. He takes time to undertake a thorough assessment to fully understand the issues. Is very informative and is clearly very knowledgeable and no question was too minor or silly. He clearly cares for his patients as he endeavoured to ensure we were on the same page in terms of expectations, barring which he prefers postponing surgery. I appreciated his honesty although i was majorly disappointed to have to postpone . I think my expectations actually went up after meeting him as I developed a high regard for him!!!!!! However in reality of course I fully realise and know that being a revision patient, a revision is that much more challenging due to scar tissues so realism and managing expectations are the mots de jour. :-).
