The agency has lost its flair. I joined them shortly before the COVID-19 pandemic, secured some remarkable opportunities, and subsequently experienced a period of inactivity just before and immediately after the strike. My main agent abruptly ceased sending auditions. The agency makes grandiose gestures but consistently underdelivers, favoring West Coast talent over other candidates. This begs the question: why would anyone outside of Los Angeles consider signing with the agency in the first place?

DPN reps my daughter in VO. Formed by a former ICM (big four) exec and some former ICM agents in 2007 from the ICM voice over department, DPN is a top-tier VO agency regarded by their peers and professional actors alike as one of the best, if not the best VO agency in LA. And, they have an in-house studio so no more self tapes, yes! Also, DPN is well on their way to becoming a top-tier full service agency. Keep an eye out for this agency as they are moving up fast. We love you DPN!!!!
