Not like they used to be

The agency has lost its flair. I joined them shortly before the COVID-19 pandemic, secured some remarkable opportunities, and subsequently experienced a period of inactivity just before and immediately after the strike. My main agent abruptly ceased sending auditions. The agency makes grandiose gestures but consistently underdelivers, favoring West Coast talent over other candidates. This begs the question: why would anyone outside of Los Angeles consider signing with the agency in the first place?
