Well it would help if they answered patients calls...

Well it would help if they answered patients calls for a start!! I went in for an appointment to then be told the dentist has left for the day. The girl at reception tells me the appointment is at 1:15 i then receive a message on my phone saying the appointment time is 12:45. I call to confirm, NO ANSWER. And then I'm told I'm late and the dentist has left. Then I'm told to wait (could be hours). (2-3 receptionists sitting at the desk at 1 time) This not answering calls has been an ongoing problem, is very stressful to patients and it should be addressed! Very dissappointing!!
