Hotel was beatiful and the pool was amazing as well!

Friendly staff, very close to shops and restaurants, hot tub in room was nice. However, room could use some updating. Overall a good experience.

Nice rooms and lobby after the renovation. Rollaway was good for a 3 year old and fit nicely in the room. Had a good view of downtown.

They need to get refrigerators in the room and the free breakfast wasn't very good.

Tripletree at least. If a doubletree falls does it make a noise? I know a Paris Hilton makes too much noise when her life and city fell.

Nice hotel near Minneapolis. Free parking and rooms were clean.

We were in town for the USA Cup weekend. Rooms were comfortable and clean. They were very accommodating to us!

Terrific hotel, friendly staff and a great location!

This may be my new go to hotel when working in the western suburbs. The hotel is affordable and first rate, but the real plus is its location with a variety of great restaurants and a movie theater right out the front door.

ps. The cookies at check-in were a plus too!

Cookies were good! Nice view of the city on the 13th floor. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Huge parking lot.

The hotel staff was great. The hotel was clean and well stocked. The pool was down for repairs, but the gave us free passes to lifetime fitness down the road. The problem we had was that people were being for money in the parking lot. There was also a strong smell of marijuana in the elevators for a period of time.

I went to this hotel for a seminar, I have nothing bad to say about it!

We had a nice time staying at this hotel. Room was very clean and had everything. Quiet hallways. Had a lot of business to take care of that day and would have loved to stay longer.

He came to a conference at this hotel. The place is perfect, there are several places to visit and eat at night. During the day the hotel workers were very comfortable throwing food and drink. The conference rooms had everything necessary. In the end it was a very good experience.

Decent hotel, has restaurant attached and most everything is within walking distance. Allowed me to have a ferret too.

Beds were not so good. Old compared to other hilton hotels. Small bathroom.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The cookies that the front desk hands out during check-in are awesome. Will stay there again.

The room was amazing the bathroom extremely clean ! A very high class hotel with a nice store and pool. I would give it 5 stars but the beds are not stable and will completely flip over if you sit on the edge. The entire mattress lifts up. I've never seen anything like that at any other hotel.

Great place for business functions. Conference rooms were perfect. Food was very good and staff was very attentive and friendly.

Beautiful modern hotel we stayed at for business. Shopping district right across the street was a lifesaver! Interesting restaurants and a movie theater saved me from boredom. Pool is smaller than I'd like, but the hot tub makes up for it! ;)

Excellent place to stay but the beds are too soft. Only a 20 minute drive from Mall of America which is great.

I stayed here while I was moving and looking for a place to live. I like it and ened up living down the street after I got to know the area. Go Cubs!!

I've been going to this Double Tree Hotel for its events. This is a great venue for holding conferences. Easily spotted from the freeway and within walkable distance from shops and movie theaters.

Certainly comfortable for a con. Refurbished rooms look chic but designed by someone who apparently doesn't unpack when they stay at a hotel. Small and short closets. Half the drawers replaced by the refrigerator.

As a family, we enjoyed our stay at Doubletree immensely. Very clean environment and the cookies at the door were a nice touch! The toiletries smelled great and were from a reputable company.

Only complaint is that the sheets are a bit scratchy

Typical DoubleTree location. Comfortable room. Everything worked. Nice location. Friendly staff. The cookies, of course. There are a fair number of dining options in walking distance as well.

Good service. Not all our outlets worked - so minimal lighting.

Not what you would expect from a Hilton property. Pool was smaller than our room. Housekeeping left the door to our room ajar while we were gone and the towels were left on the bathroom floor. Front desk less than helpful.

Service was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Complimentary cookie was delicious. The only issue was the rooms having very thin walls. I could hear any person talking in the hallway and next door, but it didnt ruin the experience. The bed was also one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in.

Really just went there for happy hour, which they did have before. But no happy hour now. Had Dissent from Steel Toe, so we stayed for 1 round.

Clean and efficient. Very easy to use. Lots of amenities both on site and right across the street. A little out of the way from certain events.

Hotel wasn't as clean and it's decor is dated. For the high rate I don't think it's worth it.

Our room overlooked the indoor pool and was loud and dark. No window outside. Be picky about room selection at check-in.

Coworkers stay here regularly and speak glowingly. When picking up or dropping off they rave about the service and...the cookies. Good lord that is a good cookie. Sorry for the review by proxy.

Place is really nice and staff are great, really nice hotel and not overpriced in the least

They unveiled a new menu. The fried chicken sandwich was great and their Italian hoagie was pretty good too. Always great service from the staff too.
