Wonderfull place and services, beautiful awesome decorations for vacation.

Porters Restuarant inside this hotel was outstanding food prepared prefect, nice portions and gracious servers.

It was nice but there was someone who fell asleep on the couch drunk and the waiter was like running to get everyone so understaffed

Convenient location if doing business or attending the Ontario Expo.

I am a diamond guest as I travel frequently and do stay a LOT at Hilton properties. This location was among my favorite, at least in California. I didn't expect much given I stayed in Ontario, but was happy once I got inside and experienced the accommodations.

Nice, clean hotel. Cool bar/lounge. Close to airport. REALLY bad to NO wifi. That's a BIG minus these days

A really great property. All amenities top notch, great food, a great place for meetings.

Complementary cookies are delicious. Special requests were met. Pool courtyard is beautiful. Only complaint is that no breakfast is included in the stay...for the price thats unfortunate

Broken door lock, clogged shower, smelly room and lots of mosquitos. Been here 5 times but it's just getting worse every year.

Location was easily accessible, had ample parking, and the lobby/hotel was gorgeous.

Went for a Bridal event. Was very nice inside. The staff was very friendly. Clean and well organized

HORRIBLE customer service in the breakfast bar. Leaves customers standing in line, "to clear tables", when one can clearly see empty tables. If you are going to be rude and lie to people: don't.

Stayed for work. It's by the airport and it's nothing special.

The dining halls and bar where very clean and well kept. The servers moved quickly to get our food out to us in a timely manner. We had baked chicken, potatoes, and asparagus with a slice of cheese cake to top it all off. The food was really good, I would definitely book an event at this location.

I was only here to pick up a media pass for a music festival. However the service was good and staff was friendly.

Old and run down....it's a shame it's part of a Hilton brand.

This hotel is lovely. The staff are very nice and very responsive. The courtyard is pretty and the grounds are very clean. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The food is very good but a little pricey. The onsite Starbucks is an added bonus.

Good hotel at a convenient location close to the airport. Only drawback is trying to find your room. They separate the rooms into building numbers. Many people were confused trying to find their rooms.

The banquet room was nice they also had water available for guests.

Not sure what's up with this particular DoubleTree, yet I had several issues with check-in as well as housekeeping, or lack thereof. They refunded me a night for my negative experience. I expected more of a Hilton property.

Pool and grounds were very pretty. Rooms were well appointed. We tried to order room service from the pool and it took forever! Poor service there.

I attended a job fair. The room was easy to find. Staff was very friendly.

Best DoubleTree I ever stayed in. Friendly front desk clerk who upgraded us to a suite, best experience ever!

Checkin and checkout was quick. We had a group rate for the room so the price was reasonable. The food was absolutely delicious! There was a Starbucks, a bar, and a club with live music. I would definitely stay here again.

Loving the new renovations. So plush and opulent. Decor is looking fantastic. Their signature steakhouse restaurant is mouthwatering delicious. Do not miss eating there, you'll regret it if you do.

Reviewing for the mother day brunch, which is well over priced. This brunch is no where near worth the asking price. The omelette stations only provide ham as the main meat. The bacon and sausage pans stay empty, they can not keep up with the demand. Not sure if anything else was given as a drink choice but water and orange juice. Well to make a long story short they are providing a continental breakfast for a 5 star price. Had a very disappointed mother today.

On arrival the toilet was plugged and the TV was unplugged because it's cord couldn't reach the outlet. Waited 45 minutes for someone to show up with a plunger to fix someone else's digestive problem. Even after plugging in the TV, the picture is special (see photo, it's doing this constantly). Went to grab a bag from the car and got yelled at by 5 people asking if I was leaving because there's no parking. No shampoo in the shower ... Thanks. Front desk really struggled to describe where my room was, didn't explain where the elevators were and then said my room was next to the elevators when it was about as far away as possible. Room clean, spacious, location solid if you're trying to blow by LA or actually using the Ontario airport. Live isn't easy when you're traveling, and this hotel isn't making it easier.

Edit: +1 star for a pretty awesome breakfast and super welcoming (even if busy) breakfast staff!

I did not experience any services from this hotel however the location was very clean.

I almost Gave them a 5 star until i seen hair around my toilet just gross

Attended a get together in Misty's bar. Plenty of space, decent happy hour deals. Bartender didn't seem too friendly.

Attended a banquet. I asked a waitress about getting a vegetarian meal even if it was not in the plans for the evening. She was very kind and got one for me and the mushrooms raviolis were SO delicious. Servers were friendly.

Hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are spread across a few buildings so a little inconvenient. You can also hear the plumbing from the walls and ceilings.

I went to see Boxing, all good. Uniqo when you buy drinks the service is not very hospitable.

Haven't stayed here, but have attended numerous social events here (parties, weddings). The staff is pleasant & organized, and hotel is a pretty nice location for such events. Parking is great too.

Very poor experience. They have no free breakfast, not even continental. Hello? Every hotel around them offers at least that. and they don't serve BMW step shuttle anymore,even though it's listed on the training website. (Don't stay here BMW STEP) Broken towel hangers, backed up sinks, and no grocery stores near bye. Stay at the Ayers suites. Much nicer facility.

Helpful staff, large clean room, comfy bed and quiet!

Overall, a solid hotel. The size of the hotel makes it somewhat difficult to navigate. Otherwise, the room was clean and service was good. Would stay again if in the area, now that I know where the entrance is.

A very beautiful, big and clean hotel. The attendants are very polite and helpful. Te swimming pool is perfect. Huge parking lot. Lots of restaurants nearby. Awesome lounge to have fun.

Wifi is fast but loses signal all the time.

Nice hotel, The restaurant has amazing food, however it shares a wall with the hotel bar that has live music after 8 every night so the ambiance is ruined at that point. Our room was supposed to have a sunken jacuzzi tub but instead had a free standing tub with a bubble wand. Not a huge deal but not what was advertised.

The rooms are big and clean. At the entrance they have a clear understanding of the various rooms present. The customer service is good. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable. I recommend it to travelers.

I had training with my company and thought the room was nice and restroom were also nice. Overall I liked being there

Nicely decorated and friendly, helpful staff. The negative is that they're wasteful. They have water stations with disposable plastic cups...at least compostable would be better. We had a dinner event where all the table settings had filled glasses with water and plated salads. We are in a drought so I'd encourage them to leave pitchers on the table for people to self serve or waiters could ask what people want. A lot of this seats were empty so all that salad and water was wasted. Breakfast was served for our event with kids. There was a majority of sugary items and everything was served on plastic or Styrofoam. I believe everyone should make a conscious decision to be more green to help our environment and these big businesses can make a huge difference.

Amazing fun time at our Christmas party this year thanks in part to these guys! Service was top notch. The room was amazing! Breakfast was 10 out of 10. 10 being best... We only stayed one night and they made sure we would come back again. Just an over all great experience. Thank you Double Tree!

Although this is a nice hotel with great service, don't let the looks fool you. There are plenty of things that need attention here before spending a night. I often look past the minor issues as nothing is perfect, but when a roach infestation is present something should be done. I saw this critter chilling along the door frame of one of the hotel rooms the following morning. I brought it to the attention to the hotel staff. Hopefully they handled this issue by now.

Just got off the phone with reservations, probably outsourced. It had the kind of sound quality. Most unhelpful, unfriendly, and every question basically started with "no." Bye Felecia.

Nice event venue, clean, and well lit. Staff were very helpful.

Breakfast not free, it is expensive ($18.00).

The hotel is spread out. If you need access to the concention center, request for a room at building 3. If you want access to their restaurants and loynge, stay at builing 1. The check in is at the sign that states Porter's Prime Steak House, I got lost and went around the parameters.

I was only there for the bridal expo. Everyone was kind and courteous. I have no issues with the place
