Great place to stay away from home. Spacious, clean very comfortable bed

I went for a business conference. The hotel is very pretty and well run. The staff is very friendly. You cannot go wrong with this Hilton landmark

It gives exactly what would be expected and nothing more. The staff are great and that makes up for some of the other negatives. The in hotel eateries are outrageously priced for fast food quality eats. The rooms could use some updating and extras amenities that often come standard in most hotels, such as a mini fridge.

Had a great stay, attended a professional event and stayed overnight. Nice room, quiet. Got a discounted rate, can't complain!

The rooms were neat, always kept tidy. The pool area and garden are welcoming. We enjoyed spending time at the pool.

It's on the outskirts of Los Angeles and is a good way to get to Vegas.

We stayed in the bath tub suite and had a great night, know that there are no jets in the bathtub though.

Very nice and well kept. A lot of free parking for guests. Close to the freeway. Definitely recommend.

We attend a yearly charity fundraiser event at this hotel. It is decent, and the facilities are not objectionable. They do charge quite a high price for drinks at the bar, however, everything else about the venue seems well organize and clean. The food they serve is also ok, a bit like what you might expect at a wedding.

Worst hotel experience - front desk staff was horrible. Trash outside the entry doors, kids roaming the halls, noise the entire night. And then after all of our billing is messed up - a real pain in the neck.

I stayed here for one night with my son we were from out of town. The first room the fridge didn t work, there was food splatted all over the mirror, the sheets had hair in them, the bathroom sink had hair in them. So we got switched to another room. This room didn t have an i home like the first one, this fridge didn t work either so I called to the front and they sent over someone to look at it and he was rude and didn t even have a mask on. Said it will get cold soon... never did $90 worth of food in the trash!! They then charged me $25 the next day for idk what I m currently on hold for 33 mins waiting to find out

We had a very nice experience in this hotel. The rooms were clean and the service was excellent. There was plenty of parking and on site amenities, such as pool, hot tub, fitness room, Starbucks and restaurants. We would stay here again. The only drawback was you have to pay for WiFi.

The network is very unstable. There is a free shuttle bus.

It had an appealing outer appearance and the staff was very nice.

It's a fine hotel, but in my experience there are better nearby hotels with less confusing layouts for less money.

This place is horrible! Pool area was like a trailer park! Beer cans and drunks everywhere, no towels. Went to the front desk 3 times for towels, finally brought some 1 hour after initial request. Only continental breakfast at a Double Tree? Can you say Motel 6? The rooms were mediocre....tv had major interference and tub wouldn t close. Worst Hilton experience in years!!! Never will come back here!

Hotel has pricey food so I didn't try it. Not as many restaurant choices around the immediate area but not a big deal since there are plenty of good restaurants within short driving distance. My room needed serious updating to the bathroom area. Overheard other guests complain about noise in their room to the front desk (they requested to be moved to highest level). The room doors need to be updated and upgraded which could deaden the noise from the corridors. I did like the heating/cooling system since it was an inboard fan coil system that didn't have a noisy compressor plus I could control the fan speed. I always run the fan continuously to drown out other guest noise if it is an option.

If you are in town for a convention, or a vacation, this is the hotel for you. It isn't very expensive and it's location is perfect for walking a very short walk to the convention center.

You can feel safe at this hotel. It is very active.

Plenty of parking, very clean, and convenient restaurant. I attended a class at this hotel so did not get the pleasure to stay in one of the rooms. Therefore my review does not include the hotel rooms or staff.

Decent hotel; nothing deviated from the DoubleTree brand. Parking is a real nightmare but it's free!

Great service , although limited amenities due to covid

Easy to get to from the airport. Nice campus. The decor was a little outdated but the room was nice and big.

Worst double tree I have stayed at. Hot water takes a while to fire up. Charge you for a hot breakfast- on top of the breakfast included rate. Can t get hot cookies to save your life. Housekeeping. Now they did a good job. Front desk people all sucked. Lights in the bathroom turn off on their own. Nice to be left in the dark to try and finish a shower.... run. Run away. Money better spent elsewhere.

Nice property but bathroom in room could use an upgrade, otherwise fantastic staff!

Company xmas party was held here and it was nice. Friendly staff.

Attended a professional development event over the course of several days at the hotel. Service was excellent, good was very good, and staff was super responsive to all of our needs. Would highly recommend

Weird smell on 2nd floor. Constant air whooshing sound in room. Food way to expensive for what you get. Sprinklers on in the rain with water conservation signs everywhere. Service was good, room clean.

As a diamond member, I have enjoyed many free breakfasts throughout the entire line of Hilton hotels, including other Doubletrees. Well, not this one...I was given a coupon for a continental breakfast only and was told this is the way it is at all Doubletrees. As any diamond member knows, this isn t true so I will be rethinking which hotel chain I spend my money at. Thanks for my cold breakfast guys.

Food and service was good, place looked clean and really nice

I love staying here. Really nice, comfortable, clean, friendly. I look forward to staying again hopefully soon.

My daughter's wedding was here. They did an excellent job and the food was 5 star restaurant. Steaks so moist and tender, used butter knife to cut. Rave review over the food and I had 3 entrees, steak, vegan vetables, and salmon. All outstanding and everything on time. Would do it over and over and wedding suite was beautiful.

One small thing to complain about. My friend wedding reception. At first charged full price for drinks, to what should have been open bar.

Misunderstanding was quickly cleared once groom showed up. But that doesn't mean I got my money back. I personally felt insulted paying $14 and tipping the guy for 2 beers. That's practically $20 for 2 beers. Wow

Great place, very clean and the hotel staff are very friendly too! There's a starbucks inside and 2 bars. If you are in Ontario for a convention, I definitely recommend staying here!

Property look and feel is stuck in the 1980s. As a Hilton Diamond member I received a lovely parking lot view room way in the back of the property. No recognition (mention) of status at checkin; I had to ask about breakfast benefits the next day. Not even standard Doubletree cookies were offered. Tip for Diamonds/Golds: the free continental breakfast is very limited. Instead of upgrading to full breakfast (which adds basically some eggs and potatoes), you can get a $12 (?) discount on any a la carte menu item. Better choice, IMO. Parking lot fills up in the evenings (likely due to events, restaurant, nightclub), so had to circle around for a while to find parking. Were offered bonus points for declining housekeeping. Points never posted, and property couldn t be bothered to deal with the issue when pointed out. There are lots of other hotels near the Ontario airport, and I am sure we will find a better property next time we are in the area.

Lots of restaurants to choose from on site! Also, this hotel is currently undergoing a partial renovation and I had the opportunity to stay in one of the new rooms - very nice!

We always hold our quarterly meetings there. The food, service and staff are amazing. I never see any issues with this hotel. I recommend it

Very disappointed. We stayed here several months ago for one night. They placed us in building 3 which was a very nice accommodation. We like it so much that this time I reserved four nights. To our disappointment they placed us in building 1 which is the older part of the hotel. Not near as nice as building 3 which much newer. Building 2 and 3 are closed due to low occupancy. Had I known I would not have reserved a four night stay. To make matters worse the restaurant food is very expensive and not that great. We will not return here in the future. I can not recommend this hotel.

Service was fantastic! Property is well maintained. The steaks at the restaurant were superb. Really thrilled with my experience.

Pricy and terrible customer service. I had to stay for two night there a couple of weeks ago and I regretted choosing that hotel.

The only thing that sucked was u had to pay for own breakfast when after paying their high rates; should come complementary !

Extremely deceptive pricing practices. a hotel bill bill quoted at check-in at $198.00 by the desk clerk became $273.00 at checkout. This with no additional add ons and the use of 29,000 points. Hotel should be named "DOUBLE-SPEAK by Hilton. Love the Hilton chain but will never stay at this hotel again. At checkout the guest next to us had the exact same problem. BUYER BEWARE!!!

The location and services were good. Only complaint was door handle needing to be open upward, not downward like normal doors.
