Absolutely horrible experience with Sonia Graham. Before closing, the agent agreed to give us 1% of the home sale price (about $3k) towards closing and then worded the agreement deceptively and only actually gave us $80. Luckily, after contacting the broker directly, the office manager, Wendy Hess, indicated the broker would honor our original agreement. Even though it was a bad experience with the Realtor individually, the broker did a great job fixing things and making it right.
Worked at several different brokerages. By far the best is KW Flagship. Always working for the agents to give the training and support necessary to enhance a client's experience and an agent's business. The office support staff is A++

Rick Romano is by far the best agent ever! After dealing with easily the worst person I've ever met at Berkshire Hathaway it was a BLESSING to have worked with Rick! The last agent bullied me into a home that I obviously couldn't afford at full asking price and no closing help (and might I add he told the sellers agent what I could afford - he told me himself he did that). Thankfully all that fell apart and I was able to get Rick. Rick got me the home of my dream, that I could afford, WITH seller help and really talked me through the entire process! Being a first time home buyer this was necessary and very much needed. He didn't stop until I was taken care of. Being a single mother this was so very appreciated! I honestly don't know where I would be right now had I not met Rick.
He is ABSOLUTELY the realtor you need!
Avoid Jeff Smith, Pasadena, MD realtor. Without telling me, he advertised my house on the MLS website and to his associates for $9,000 less than contract sales price. He then tried to bully me into accepting a buyer at this lower price plus pay the majority of the closing costs!

Attempted to contact them in regards to a rental property I saw on Zillow and Realtor.com No one answers the phone at the office and the office mail box is full. I attempted to contact the realtor cell phone, left a voicemail and no return call. I tried to make contact through both Zillow and Realtor.com I finally received a reply about a week later. Only to be told that there is an application already on the property. So unacceptable!
