Went to watch game at Misty's lounge great food and drinks

Breakfast meeting, very comfortable conference room, good food

Depending on which side you enter in you can get confused but eventually found my way. A bigger place then I thought, but looks very nice and cozy.

Huge hotel with a lot to do. Rooms are clean and quiet. A little pricey but excellent hotel.

Receiving dock is awesome !!!!

It's a very nice and clean place. Variety of rooms and very spacious. Close to many restaurants as well.

Great rooms on a large property. The staff are very friendly. The pool area is beautiful. Prices for food on the property are much too high.

Easy location with lots of parking. Very beautiful aesthetics I this property and known for being one of the nicest hotels in the area, specially for professional events!

Older DoubleTree needing to be updated. Stayed here several times while on business trips this year. Air-conditioning is poor in the rooms just barely able to keep things tolerable. Priced high due to airport location. If they renovate this hotel it's easily can be a 4 star rating.

Room was nice and clean, staff has been pleasant and the complimentary breakfast is actually pretty good.

1/22/19 - Was told they do not have a room for me even though I checked in ahead of time and had a digital key. Instead I was asked to walk down the street to another hotel in their chain after 10 hours of travel. This place is a joke. Good luck even hearing the receptionists during check-in with blaring music on both sides of the front desk.<br/>Update 1/23/19 - When checking in the for what should have been the 2nd night of my stay, the front desk thought the inconvenience of the prior night would be overlooked by giving me a free brunch pass and comping my room for the previous night at another hotel because they overbooked. Since I'm traveling on an employer paid trip for work and putting in long hours, both of those are useless to me. I went to dinner after checking in tonight. When I finally got to my room at 10pm, the temperature in the room was 85 degree. I'm really starting to wonder if I'm on one of those pranked shows. I'll be contacting Hilton directly to voice my displeasure since the staff here doesnt quite have the customer service thing down.

It was nice and looked very elagant, looks like they put a lot of money into it for the customers.

DoubleTree hotel is a very nice place to stay and visit... It has a cozy atmosphere one of the locations inside DoubleTree hotel is to Misty's Lounge a very nice social club for a mature crowd... It offers dinner dance DJ and a live band every night Monday through Sunday... DoubleTree hotel is one of the places that you must visit when you get the chance

The room was pretty beat up. The balconies have a good many people hanging out. The door lock didn't work right. Parking was tight in the room I stayed at. The app key didn't work and also the app check in. The cookies were a nice touch, though.

Great hotel convenient to the airport. There's an In-N-Out a block away too. The room was nice and big.

Clean, good service and modern decor. The lobby has a Starbucks, restaurants and a nightclub. However I was consistently disappointed by the low water pressure I experienced throughout my stay. (Building 3 )

Awful place to stay... never again i had to check out next day due to upstairs guess music and child runnin across floor at 10pm clld front desk 4 seperate times... no resolution and i cud not stay another nite under those circumstances so i went to Home2 suites and enjoyed my stay... nothin like the doubletree and much cleaner and safer hotel.

I was there for an incredible event and the venue was beautiful. The food was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very nice large runner with a great view of the pool and courtyard area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate in the bar, drinks were good, the food was decent but over priced. Over all we enjoyed our stay and it is super convenient for the airport.

First time staying at this location, thrown in a room in last building just short of the end of hallway and at breakfast I am taken to a large table which has another person because they don t have another table ready with 25% capacity. Speak to the front desk and get excuses as to why a Diamond member would receive this treatment, as for room assignments they look at preferences , apparently I need to check my to see if it says place in farthest room from the front as possible. If you are in business, do things right or make them right, don t make excuses for your inabilities. 100% Hilton loyalty Diamond member, first and last time staying at this location.
Also want to mention I walked out without eating and after dealing with the excuses at the front desk, went back to my room packed my bag and came back to check out at 7:20 in the morning. I was told by the same woman at the desk that she had spoken with the manager whom she said ten minutes early would not be in until 9:00. Dishonesty, excuses and poor customer service do not make for return corporate travelers.

This is an older style hotel still charging higher rates. One of the worse Hilton style hotels I've stayed in.

The service was good and courteous, the room was okay, nothing special though.

High price bar/food inside the restaurant. No breakfast served.

The pool area is my favorite place there. It's always very quiet, clean, and feels like you are at home in some ways. I recommend it for romantic trips.

Always a nice stay. Building 2 is being upgraded and under construction, not shut down as they give out rooms during these work. Nice pool, jacuzzi and spacious room. Misty's lounge next door to grab drinks and dance.

Nice place, bus service from the hotel to ontario mills is always an hour or more late, rather use lyft.

December 21st visit was unique,After attending a memorial services for a family member for the second time in two months rather than driving back to Arizona, I decided to stay at Double Tree and attend The Charlo vs Harrison fight. Well, following the fights I return and sat at the bar. During my time the Bartender was great, I am sorry I did not get his, however another member of staff appeared to again i apologize for not getting her, meanwhile I was having a bad night, in fact over the last 6 months I life has turned upside down. Some how the young lady, the bartenders and me began talking about Bitters after she gave me a drop I now know why they call this liquid bitters. This young lady asked me about Christmas, I explained Christmas was not something I looked forward to this year. I explained that I lost me wife October 29 to Breast Cancer. For 38 years I celebrated holiday s with my wife and now that is over. Seeing that I became emotionally distraught she and another employee console me with hugs, I was so broken I could not eat my dinner. She boxed my meal, gave me a new set of dinner ware and comp me my meal. This took me by Surprise I was extremely grateful. I was given one last hug by your team and went to room. Unfortunately, I couldn t finish what appeared to be a promising meal, I just did not have the stomach to eat. I would like to thank your staff on duty last night for helping me through a very tough night. They went well above the call of duty helping a lonely and heartbroken customer. Well done Doubletree, your Hotel have a loyal customer and friend.

Always good to be watching my cousin fight, great environment.

Avoid staying in the building out back. Friendly staff and a good breakfast buffet.

Professional atmosphere, was here for a tax seminar.

Get a room on the top floor and enjoy the patio view. Bring the kids!

It was clean,staff was nice but they did not follow through on bringing ice to the table. Restrooms were kept up. Overall a good experience

I did not like the service at all. The lady at the front desk was fairly rude when I asked her for extra towels, which of course she denied to give me. And to add, they did not do room service. Overall a bad experience and I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for friendly service, which is what every hotel should be giving.

I attended for a professional training. The staff provided excellent service and the facilities were great. The airport shuttle service was also excellent.

Nice clean facility. Plenty of parking and bathrooms.

We were there for a banquet. It is a very nice banquet room, we had good service and the food was well done.

Went in for their restaurant as I was at the convention center down the street, but I found it to be closed.

Bed was comfortable and the room was large. The pool area looked nice and the quad is amazing

We booked a few nights here our balcony door is malfunctioned and they have a window at the bottom of the balcony my 2y.o discovered it and my 3y.o autistic daughter managed to wiggle out the window with her 2y.o brother, the main door was malfunctioning and I couldn't get it to open, my children made it safely back inside the room through the small door but this is unacceptable this situationwas dire but could of gotten significantly worse. Mind you this room was booked as a family room! We will never come back to this establishment.

My honey bunny Mike and I love this place !! We always feel comfortable with their staff's friendly service everywhere we go !! Love their rooms !! :-) This is our special weekend get away place through the year !! ;-) WhooHoo !! Their Misty's Lounch is perfect for my Birthday Club Celebrations few times a year !! ;-)

Our room was clean, staff was polite, and although our tub couldn't be stopped for a bath the room was delightful

Close to the airport, clean and great customer service. I d give it 5 stars but the WiFi was spotty..
