The staff at this hotel are very accommodating and greet us with a warm welcome as if we're home. Also, the hotel itself is relaxing and has complete necessities. Our experience at this hotel was superb, and we enjoyed our stay! You guys are the best! I will definitely come back soon for my next trip.
I love staying at this gorgeous hotel. Our beautiful accommodations overlooked the sea, and the service was impeccable! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed every second we were there! This is hotel is very perfect and worth visiting. Highly recommended!

I checked into this hotel for a three nights stay.
Initially, they checked me into room 1619. However, that room had an old, musty smell, so I requested a different room.
The next room they gave me was 1711. It didn't have a musty smell, but I found other issues that needed to be addressed by housekeeping; the phone had not been cleaned, the doors weren't cleaned including the knobs, the toilet, shower nor bathroom sink had been cleaned and sanitized. Two pillowcases were replaced because they were nasty, including one that had been used to squash a bug.
The conditions in which I'm finding MOST of these rooms at various hotels are deplorable, disrespectful and unacceptable.
The manager and I were cleaning for over 45 minutes.
Pros:
The hotel is located near restaurants, shops and the freeway.
The staff is very accommodating.
All elevators were operating, making social distancing easier.
Warm cookies were delicious.
Cons: parking is not free.
Other than the kindness and diligence of front desk clerk kate this was a joke. Waited over an hour for a 15 min repair. No soap at all in room called the front desk to ask for some. She asked if I would like to come from the 17th freaking floor and get it
Like um no you can bring it, the room is supposed to have it in there right? Yes. Ok then your error hun that you can kindly fix. But didn't so I had to go and get. The room was supposed to have a "new walk in shower" ...doesn't. Like straight up lie. Also smells like cigarette smoke. Save your money stay at a motel 6.
This place doesn't care if you get injured on the property and they won't medically treat you.
There showers have no ventilation for the steam which caused all the built up heat to slide the shower doors uncontrollably and I ended up smashing my fingers. When I reported the incident they said that it wasn't their fault and refused to pay my medical bills. Never staying here again!
Worst service ever! Don t even waist your time by staying here. It took us forever to get checked in and then there was no one that could bring us extra towels to the room. The next day our room got locked and I had to go to the lobby 4 times because the key did not work. Eventually they sent someone that opened the room for us after the 5th attempt of me going down to the lobby. When the room was opened by someone from maintenance we found out that the room was not cleaned. Very bad experience would never come back and would not recommend anyone on staying there.
Views to die for, delicious drinks, and delectable food! This is a must-stop if you're visiting this place. Bring a hat with you if you visit in the afternoon when the sun is high. Watch the sunset about 4 p.m. and take in the city's nightscape, in my opinion. Our server, John, has been extremely helpful in advising us about how to make the most of our remaining time here. I'm thinking about returning the following time.
First, because of flight delays, I didn't arrive at the hotel until 2:00 AM. I was still able to check in smoothly and get to my room quickly to rest before my meeting in the morning.
Second, before boarding my flight home, I realized I left behind most of my toiletries in the hotel room, including prescriptions and other things that would be difficult or expensive to replace. I didn't get my hopes up that I would ever see them again. I contacted the hotel, which had an online system for me to register my lost-and-found claim. The process was easy, and my missing items were reported found four days later, shipped the same day, and arrived at my home two days later.
Very satisfied and would look forward to booking with this hotel again in the future.
