Well after seeing the rest of these reviews I decided to share as well, the responses from Hilton are almost comical since they are them same complaints and empty promises to educate their employees on customer service for at least a year. Stayed in Philly with my 2 daughters for a night, we travel quite a bit. The room was not clean, there was hair all over the bathroom floor, and stuck to the walls of the shower. The comforters had holes in them. I booked my room online for 161 and was charged 187. Front desk staff was rude and not helpful at all. When I asked why I was charged more, I was told it was taxes. Looking at the detailed bill....LIE! I chose this hotel because it was a Hilton and I trust the brand to provide a certain level of service. This hotel is a dump! Hilton should demolish it and try over. Wish I would have read these other reviews before booking.

We have stayed here a few times. Always have a positive experience. Prices are reasonable via hotels.com.

Stayed here multiple times now. Seems to be popular with groups but staff does a pretty good job handling the volume (was here in April '21 and apparently there was some kind of volleyball tournament going on... somewhat surprising during covid but I digress) and check-in has always been pain free for me. I like the location, a few blocks downtown from city hall - feels like you've got a little breathing room compared to the hotels right there. Dependably good (not great) overall but showing it's age to some degree. "Suites on 5" wing has newer suites with kitchenettes and no view. Had an excellent breakfast pre-covid but now elite Hilton members get a credit in the takeout lobby coffee shop. Executive lounge, which was decent, has been closed permanently. Great views on higher Broad St-side floors.

THE BEST HOTEL IN PHILLY. Customer service is top notch. They gave us freaking warm cookies when we checked in. The room had amazing views and the beds were immaculate. The staff is so attentive to people's needs which is so refreshing! Will be staying here again for sure!

Excellent spot in the city. Everything is walking distance. The staff was very helpful and available when needed. The room was nice and had a great view. This is the pace to stay when visiting Philly!

I love that they are eco-friendly, they don't have a water bottle inside the room but water dispenser is available in the hallway. This is to encourage their guest to bring own tumbler. I would suggest if they will have their own merchandise. I also love that you can rent a bike for free. The location of the hotel is good, they are also near restaurants. You will not get bored if you book at this hotel.

One of my best day i spent here. Excellent services. Attentive workers. Location and views from the hotel is outstanding. Rooms are available at very reasonable price. I would like to visit again.

Lovely hotel. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Pool area was lovely. Warm water I'm guessing cause it's winter time. But it felt good. I ordered out for me and my kids. The front desk staff gave us the pizza menu they order from and the food was absolutely delicious, fresh and hot! I ordered the "SPECIAL STROMBOLI"

I Stayed at this Hotel 05/15/2021 And I Can t Stress Enough Not To Choose This Hotel For Your Stay In Philadelphia . My experience was so unbelievable that i checked out at 1am the In The Morning With My Three Kids To Get Another Hotel . I asked for towels and waited two hours and they never arrived then when i went to the front desk to inquire the lady was very rude & not to mention THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY Rags TO GIVE US Until The Next Day . I couldn t believe in the middle of COVID they didn t have rags for their guest & when i stressed my concerns the lady at the front desk was very rude and unapologetic . DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY ON THIS PROPERTY .

Nice enough hotel. Rooms larger than usual. You can not beat the location. I would recommend this hotel just for the location. Close to the best sites and walkable to almost anything. This is a walkable, smaller city but it still pays to be right at the center.
