I called the dealership yesterday to see if they had a van that I was interested in. I spoke to Amanda. She told me what they had and we scheduled an appointment for me to see it today at 11 a.m. she called 30 minutes before the appointment and said that the van was not going to be ready to be seen yet. I said that's fine and asked what other vehicles they had in stock that I could look at. We discussed SUV's and minivans. I got to the dealership and was greeted outside a representative not wearing a mask. There's a sign on the door that says that you cannot enter without a mask. I go inside and nobody is wearing a mask including Amanda. I introduced myself to Amanda and she was completely unprepared to show me anything that they may have in stock. She asked my price range. I actually felt like I was inconveniencing her. Even while talking on the phone she kept telling me that the van I wanted was usually sold to Fleet and that they get scooped up quickly. That's fine, that's why I was going to look at it. She said we could drive up the street and go look at the van that I was initially interested in anyway. Unfortunately, at that point I did not feel very welcomed inside that dealership. It's unfortunate also because it would have been an easy sale.

Very friendly, knowledgeable personnel and I appreciate their focus on the vehicle service. I would like to say that they probably need a more appropriate customer waiting area. You can hear everyone's conversations about their vehicles, payment questions, etc. The parts counter/lobby, customer waiting area, and service team are all one in the same so it can be very noisy/distracting and uncomfortable if you need to discuss payment options. A set away waiting room with some coffee and water would be nice especially if you have to wait for your vehicle. Thankfully they do offer to drive you home and pick you up if you're within 10 miles of the dealership.

Best Chevy Dealership in the US! If you're looking for professionalism, reliability, and respect, then ask for Beau! He is the man of the hour! My Chevy Colorado ZR2 broke down and the first shop I went to couldn't figure out what was wrong. Daniels Long not only figured out the problem within minutes, but they had my truck back on the road immediately! I was given a rental car when the last location didn't even offer rental services and I received updates from Beau on a regular basis. So I never had to worry or call them to see what the status on my truck was. Thank you so much Beau for all your hard work! Keep it up bro!

Mitch in Commercial Sales is awesome to deal with. We at Ledoms Performance Equipment and Diesel Repair enjoy taking care of truck equipment needs when purchasing a new truck from Daniel's Long. I put about 3-4000 miles a month on my vehicle so I'm in this service department about once a month. Ernie the Service Director really took care of me today not only did he restore my trust in this service department, he paired me up with Tony Cruz the absolute best service advisor in the place and Ashley the most detail oriented tech I've had work on my vehicles, both were prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable when I had questions. I look forward to working with these folks in the future. I can't thank Ernie enough for cleaning house and getting rid of the dead weight in the service department, having a trusted place to take my vehicles with my busy schedule is a huge stress relief keep up the great work

I called Long Chevy today to verify about a $500.00 update that another dealership quoted us to fix the radio. Tony Cruz not only told me that he had never even heard of that but how to update the radio. He also said if that did not work that they would diagnose it for free. Just by taking the time to listen to me and help me was amazing. You now have a new service customer because Tony Cruz took the time to help me.
