I loved everything, the hotel is nice, the heated pools, nice view from the rooms, spacious and comfortable. Excellent breakfast, especially Peruvian breakfast, Variety. There are attractions, boat rides, etc. The Service Quality!
Terrible!!! Stay. First service, I was 3 days and every day something happened to us. They did not give us the full towels, glasses, cups etc, they brought us in parts. One of our friends was not given a quilt, they just gave her a pillow and she died of cold. Another day they served him an indomitable drink, and another day I got a wound in the bathroom on the first floor. There was a pointed screw and he hurt my finger and told me to fix it. And what they did was a precarious repair, which just as the screw could continue to hurt other people. Can you believe it? The Hilton gentlemen !!!!

The hotel very nice and quiet, very friendly service, breakfast buffet varied. It has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, mini golf, nautical activities such as kayaking, catamaran and paddle. On weekends they open a restaurant that prepares very nice wood-fired pizzas. In general, a pleasant experience!
