🏠 I had an average experience with Dorchester Estates. The property I purchased required some minor repairs, which was not mentioned upfront. However, the staff was cooperative in resolving the issue. Overall, it was a decent experience.
As soon as I walked through the door I overheard several contractors demanding for payment(s) and the company second guessing as to whether they have an invoice , extremely disorganised (received two emails with different timing regarding our meeting) and NO job spec. During the interview the owner was by far one of the worst character I had met in my 5 years of being in the property industry, if you join this company be prepared to NOT be offered any training or opportunities, very unprofessional and negligent. I wouldn t take the job even if they offered me 50+k per annum! WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY.
Would never ever ever do business with them again. A man called Ragdan hired one of our drivers to do some recovery work back in October and we still haven't been paid. I have called him and the office many many times and all I get is excuses. I'm told Ragdan is a Director which is even worse, who would want to do business with a Director who doesn't pay his bills and ignores phone calls and messages. Shame on the company for allowing this to happen.
