As soon as I walked through the door I overheard several contractors demanding for payment(s) and the company second guessing as to whether they have an invoice , extremely disorganised (received two emails with different timing regarding our meeting) and NO job spec. During the interview the owner was by far one of the worst character I had met in my 5 years of being in the property industry, if you join this company be prepared to NOT be offered any training or opportunities, very unprofessional and negligent. I wouldn t take the job even if they offered me 50+k per annum! WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY.
