Great leadership team to work with, expect high quality when seeing the Doran name.

Speaking has a resident at 610 West. I am loving my new apartment and everything at 610 West. You should never get bored! I had a coworker over this past week. She was impressed with how well the grounds are kept, how clean the building is to how friendly all the staff was.

Some residents complain that the staff is to strict on the rules. Well, with almost 500 apartments you need to set certain standards so it doesn't turn into a college party zone.

With this property having that many units not everyone is going to think the same. I just try to show as much respect as I can!

I highly suggest you read all of the lease before moving in. This way you will be aware of the rules. Yes, managment will send out reminders about them. I have no problem with that because I need to be reminded from time to time.

At Doran Companies - they successfully integrate IPD (Integrated Project Delivery), POE (Post Occupancy Evaluation), and VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) into their projects because everyone (Development + Architecture + Construction + Properties ) is under the same roof and working together as a team... all while constantly innovating under one holistic operating model - AND THE DESIGN WORK IS OUTSTANDING. This makes so much sense that I have to believe its the future of our industry

By far the best company I ever worked for. Friendly staff, good energy, always positive and amazing owner. I wouldn t trade for anything else. I love the benefits and awesome place to work. Kudos!!!

610 West conveniently lost my move-in damage declaration form and charged me $231.81 to pull up 6 panels of wood-look linoleum planks which were already scratched before we moved in. My neighbors across the hall woke us up out of a dead sleep by attempting to kick down my door at 6 AM on New Years Day screaming that he was going to shoot my dog with his gun and assaulted my husband in the hallway. 610 West then conveniently lost the police report records filed against these neighbors and instead chose to renew their lease. I slipped on ice going down the stairs and landed flat on my back. I do not recommend living here. You pay high prices to get screwed over. Go somewhere else.

Amazing place to work! I just started over 4 months ago and already feel like I have purpose and belonging! I started at the right time as Doran has been going through so many changes in the past year including but not limited to; a whole new Asset management department for ALL the properties and a very exciting announcement that Anne took over majority ownership in May making Doran a majority woman-owned business. The company is growing immensely and I couldn't be more excited to be part of such a great team!

Was a great place to work and most days I enjoyed my job. The staff were all focused on trying to improve where they saw was needed, most the time when I worked there. Unfortunately I feel in this business they move people around so much, and in my opinion advanced the wrong people, that I can t leave the 5 star review that I had up before. Not because I am bitter, I was laid off at the start of covid, it happens. And I think you can get burnt out in my position, things/life change.

When I worked there, pre covid things were good. It is unfortunate as they were doing really well there. I do feel like people are disposable in this business and watching from the outside of the leasing and management team it seems like they don t let their teams that work well stay together, I feel like it is short sighted. I think it is very common in the property management business but also is the problem with it. They do have some really amazing residents and 4 legged friends there, that I used to get to visit with each day! The best part of my job giving treats to pups and helping the residents. They do have some great staff there too. I think they are going through growing pains and covid has changed many things.

I worked for them for 3 years, 2 years through a vendor and the 3rd year I was brought on board ,when they decided to bring the position in house. I was so grateful they did and the benefits package back then was great, not sure if that has changed. I really miss many of the residents and my coworkers.

If looking to work there, do some research first, compare benefits packages, check Glassdoor etc. They have some great properties, I hope they can recover in this economy and I would just suggest they listen to their staff more. I think many want to see the company succeed, and I really was hoping to stay there longer and grow with them but life happens.
