610 West conveniently lost my move-in damage declaration form and charged me $231.81 to pull up 6 panels of wood-look linoleum planks which were already scratched before we moved in. My neighbors across the hall woke us up out of a dead sleep by attempting to kick down my door at 6 AM on New Years Day screaming that he was going to shoot my dog with his gun and assaulted my husband in the hallway. 610 West then conveniently lost the police report records filed against these neighbors and instead chose to renew their lease. I slipped on ice going down the stairs and landed flat on my back. I do not recommend living here. You pay high prices to get screwed over. Go somewhere else.
