Very good a brutal experience thanks to God and anico

First, the good. First class hotel at a reasonable price; definitely of highest quality places I've ever stayed.

However, the staff failed miserably on what should be a very simple detail -- my name on the receipt. This detail is important because I was traveling for work (government/military) and get reimbursed for hotels. If, as in this case, someone else's name is on the receipt then I don't get paid. Simple, right? Not for these people. I didn't discover the error until after my trip (I had other stops) and now after two days of calling the only answer I have is, "we're working on it" -- which was at least better than the "no" I got on the first day -- and the only reason why this isn't a two-star review.

Better facilities, better service, worse food in restaurants

We try the Spa and all the amenities for a day And it was amazing it feel like a weekend vacation. Staff was very friendly and professional, everything was clean and shiny. We love the sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. I m eager to go back soon. It was like a relaxing island in the middle of the city

I flew down to Miami for a stressful job interview, and the golf at Trump Doral was the cure to decompress and relax in the Florida sun. I was coming from 20 miles away after the interview and my GPS sent me to the wrong place, but Anastasia insisted on staying on my car speaker phone until she knew I safely arrived at the valet. The course I played was in fantastic condition and the cart staff and the guest service was impeccable. I want to thank Brendan from NY, who made it a memorable experience. The rate to play was very reasonable and I was thankful for that, considering I had to book a last minute flight to Miami from the Northeast. Overall, Michael the starter and Jessica at the valet, made it feel like my home club for the day, and put all my stresses outside the palms sort of speak. I've played golf around the world and this is a world class resort. I hit only one ideal shot that was punished somehow finding the water, it was windy, I took my mulligan.

By far the best golf experience. Massive military discount. We will return

Great location. Beautiful layout. Rooms are great. Only gripe is the lack of a fan in the bathroom. It's in some rooms but not all of them.

The hotel was top notch as was the service. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and the veranda had exquisite views of the grounds. I love this place!

The only thing I didn't like was that the gardeners started to work at 9 am and I wanted to sleep more.

Clean facility they do try to get every dollar out of you though $25 a parking and I was just additional $10 for water so it really kind of see why they make money because they pull it out of you every chance they get.

I regret greatly that I had to spend even a minute of time there.

Excellent service, the staff could not have been nicer. The room was very clean and maintained.

To pricey and had to ask room service to get a extra fridge for the room that we would have had to pay for if I needed it.

The grounds are lovely the golf course awesome the staff very attentive. Love the food just can recommend the food enough it's just better than I expected. A fube example of Donald touch on his clubs and properties just everything the top top top best

Loved it. The course was beautiful and the service was amazing. Any chance I have to play this course I take it.

This was a great place. My son and I had a blast. The food in the restaurant was awesone. My son loved the lamb. Breakfast was great. I would however cook oatmeal with milk not water. Add a little salt, vanilla, honey and cinnamon. Poof! Great oatmeal. Please make oatmeal great again. We had a spacious room, beautiful marble bathroom, great climate control. The tech staff came and connected my computer via hardwire, because I did not want to use the WiFi. The tech maintenance guy was kind and helpful. Nearly every person on the staff was extremely nice. There is always "the one." We will definitely return. I am still thinking about the house crepes.

Slight issue with shuttling from parking to my villa and vice versa but other than that its ok

Everything at Trump National Doral is outstanding !! We were there for a wedding and in my opinion the staff and the location couldn't be beat. It was perfect!!!!

This Hotel is Absolutely Perfect on every way! My husband & I just spent 5 days there.
EVERY staff person we came in contact with went above & beyond to make sure our stay was Great!! It's a Beautiful property with every amenity you can think of. Gorgeous Views. Amazing Pools & the food at each restaurant is out of this world good!

Every detail well thought out. Everyone from the pool attendants to the concierge guest services valets golf attendants make you feel at the heart of luxury. We are going to come back.

Not up to Par
The Trump National Doral in Miami is in a beautiful location, but for what you are charged (room, parking, honor bar, room service, golf etc.) it is substantially overpriced. Our room was on the small side, and I would suggest that you don t order room service (the food was cold and rubbery) but rather dine in one of the nice dining rooms. We played golf on the Blue Monster Course it was a cold, damp day, so we really didn t enjoy our time too much. Overall the hotel was too opulent and gaudy for our tastes. For the same amount of money we have stayed at resorts that we liked a lot better than this one.

The service at this facility was beyond fantastic, in the shops, at the pool, grounds crew, housekeeping, and restaurants. I also met and spoke with Eric Trump. He was very personable and posed for photos with me and many others. Truly down to earth.

Very nice property and landscaping is fantastic. Of course great for golfing since it is a gold resort but pool is good too and kids would love the slide. Bar drinks are good. You feel like you are away from it all even though you are surrounded by city. Close to the interstate and MIA and many good restaurants

We spent the last few days here at the Doral for meetings. Even though things are under construction with upgrades, it is VERY clean and a great place to stay. Meeting rooms were great as well and service of getting food/coffee in the room was great.

my family and i had the best vacation and one time they never cleaned the rooms and everything was amazing we had a fun time!

Meticulously over the top service . I have stayed at several 5 star resorts and cannot say enough about the cleanliness of our room, how friendly the staff is & the amenities at this resort . We stayed in room 3112 overlooking the golf course . Breath taking . Before I could ask the staff they knew what I needed . My husband was there on business and I needed to work as well and the business center and front desk was so helpful. Errol drove me to the Trump International at the beach for the day . A shuttle will take you and pick you up at 10 -3 . Cassandra and Oriana at the pool took wonderful care of me when I was working the next day . The pool wraps each chair for you . They place your towel down for you. When it started raining they put your umbrella up too. The staff at the pool on June 8th all should be acknowledged. The steakhouse on the property BLT had the best appetizers and happy hour and amazing seafood . Anyone who does not rank this completely renovated upscale golf resort a 5 star is sadly mistaken . Thank you Trump Doral!
