You've got some work to do. Service was decent. But the disorganization is rampant. Four hour wait for our room to be inspected prior to checking in. Still waiting for three weeks to receive some items left in the room. Construction was everywhere in advance of the PGA coming to town. If you want to attract the type of guests that your prices reflect, your gonna need to invest more into the staff. Otherwise the word will spread quickly...... I wont be back.
I went here for Robert B. Cole dinner in honor of Baptist Health nurses. I had a wonderful time, and the food and service were wonderful!
They knocked on our door four times; Either it was to change a light bulb we didn't ask for, they woke our sleeping baby up in this occasion
or they came too early for housekeeping.
Also I noticed an additional 46 dollars fee on my credit account after I left the hotel. I still don't know what it is about. I hate hotels that charge you with hidden fees.
Amazing experience. Landscaping is the most beautiful I have seen in any other resort. The service was outstanding, my toddler girl got a goodie welcome bag with a beautiful bathrobe. The pool is great for kids, my one year old had a blast standing and splashing on her own. Rooms were spacious and very high end finishing all around. The hotel itself is gorgeous in every single way, so much details. I Will definitely come back. Food was great too.
Room and services were all up to par. Catered food was delicious. Could have been closer to the beach though.
Check In was fast and friendly, the room clean. Perfect Stay at Doral.
Absolutely beautiful grounds the golf course was unbelievable the restaurant was outstanding their service was a 110 % Trump knows how to do things right he runs his golf courses top shelf is hotels or top shelf. And he's doing an absolute great job running the country
After everything that happened last night, the staff at Trump Hotel could not do enough for the guests. They deserve a huge thank you for everything they made possible. Great job on the containment and all of the help with luggage and transportation. Tremendous respect and a huge thank you for everything they did to make a horrible situation the best they could. Absolutely loved it!!! Impeccable service , everything a Trump property offers. I played the Red Tiger today. Kind of a shorter course but tight, lots of sand and very challenging.Very much looking forward to going back. Food was delicious as well. Had the pork belly lettuce wraps and mushroom ravioli. Delicious.

Hotel was nice walls are kind of thin you can hear your sorrundings. Unfortunately I brought this through Groupon there is a 150 deposit they should of states that in the fine print thank god I called. But other than that really nice hotel with the best staff I have ever seen this was great customer service.
An incredible experience. I had never stayed in such a beautiful hotel, with such excellence in the details, super clean, the bed was so comfortable that we slept almost 12 hours. Without a doubt, the best hotel I've stayed in

Gorgeous rooms very spacious! We were in love with our room!!! This was a business trip for us so I cannot confirm or deny if we d be back. It s expensive but I see why!

The best of Trump so far !! Fast Service , tasty food ,courteous staff, convenient location, beautiful golf course, awesome valet parking and a clean and elegant building with a lot of golf history!! I felt great and treat it like a millionaire!! Can't complain, if trump run this country like he runs this place, then we are in good hands!!
Every element of the campus is over the top in expectations... the food, the facilities, the service all exceed expectations if you're used to the common travel experience at leading hotel chains. If you're used to the budget chains, the experience so far exceeds expectations that it appears comical. Highly recommend to say the least. Overall outstanding - one for the bucket list.
Fantastic grounds and hotel. 5 star rooms, reasonably priced. Amenities , such as in room snacks, were priced far beyond regularhotel pricing though.
Went there for a breakfast meeting. The place and service are great, a bit expensive but with an amazing view.
Every inch of the property was beautiful and we'll designed. Helpful, friendly staff who went out of the way to make the experience great.
Food was not great but very expensive. Sprite from the mini bar was $5 and a Snickers candy bar was $8!! Mini shots were $12!! Not close to anything so had to Uber to get anywhere. No other restaurants near by.
Fantastic maid service and everything was very clean. Beautiful golf course. Massage in the spa was VERY expensive so I found another place to go. Bell hop was very nice,and employees,were so nice. I would not stay here again because everything was so very expensive and like I stated earlier, the food was nothing special at all.
Staff was very friendly and if you were looking to golf this is the place for you. Everything a little bit on the pricey side though.

Staff were attentive and friendly. Environment was well maintained and flowed well. Food was surprisingly good. This is what an hotel experience should be. I would recommend this hotel if you desire the full vacation/hotel experience.
Beautiful hotel, with golf course. Friendly staff. Comfortable room although a bit small. Negative point is Wi-Fi not working on day we stayed.
The decor was tacky the facilities did not seem clean and there was not enough staff.
I called and they connected me to the pro shop 3 times on Sat afternoon but no one answers.

This place was wonderful! They treated us like VIP's. Upgraded us to a villa for free to give us a little more room. The pool and waterslide was so much fun for the kids and even our 3 and 5 year old girls were able to go down the waterslide with me. I gave it a 4 star review because parking and restaurants were very pricey and the location is a little removed from miami attractions. But if we could do the vacation over, we probably would have enjoyed just hanging out at the resort anyway!
I must say after staying here several times in the past, this by far has been the greatest experience we've ever had. Not only has everyone we've encountered so far been very friendly and helpful, from the bellhop, pool staff, dinning attendants, there are 2 individuals that have really made an impression on my wife and I. That is Mr. Patrick Iglesias front office supervisor and a gentleman from the pool that helped us in our cabana named Enrique. Their customer service is definitely 5 star top notch. Not sure if there's been a change here at the Trump Doral, but if there has its certainly been for the best. Looking forward to our next visit very soon.

Beautiful golf course. Not too big of a golfer, so can't comment on the experience relative to other places.
The Spa staff was very nice and attentive. Had an amazing spa day package and will hopefully go again soon.
Nice Hotel, luxurious place, beautiful vegetation, you have to visit it, and you will surely want to go many times, ample place to park, it counts on a good service of UBER and LYFT.

I did not go to play golf but I think according to what I have been told is the best thing about that hotel is that the pool is a little crowded and the pool bar is expensive. As for the rooms they are very nice and clean but the best breakfast
