Great venue, both the small and the big stage. Haven't heard bad sound here yet, and if you're in the small venue or cafe you can get some of the beers from the Oersoep brewery, which is always good if you're up for an IPA. Programming here has gotten better too, mixing up the popular stuff with the proper metal, and even some progressive metal playing here. Well priced gigs with good attendance, doesn't oversell so it gets crowded like some other venues!

Highly recommended for music fans of alternative and varied music, accessibility by train (next to the train station) and car (parking garage K.Karel, 0.50 cents per hour in the evening) very good

A very nice stage with great sound and lots of good concerts and festivals, whether you like pop, metal or dance. No hassle with coins, nice staff and extensive beer menus during the rock / metal festivals.

Despite the lack of atmosphere and ambiance in the old "Roosje", I must honestly say that I really like the new Sleeping Beauty. The sound is great and you have a good view of the stage everywhere. I have visited Doornroosje several times, both for concerts and parties.

The big advantage is that it is now located next to Nijmegen Central Station. The rockets have remained and you can now also pay for your drinks with the PIN.

Small concert venue close to central station. It even has a balcony. Light and sound are very good but, oh boy, the crowd keeps chatting constantly throughout a concert. I ve been to three different concerts and it happened every single time. Very annoying and disrespectful. If you want to catch up on the latest gossips with your mates, do us music lovers a favor and get a drink at the on-site pub.

All is good at Doornroosje in Nijmegen easily accessible by car and public transport because Doornroosje is located next to the station. With the car you park in an underground parking garage that costs almost nothing after returning from a concert I cannot remember that it was more than 3 for a concert visit.

Very good bands are coming and for me that was the Marcus King band and Richie Kotzen.
The room is not too big so it is always a nice intimate setting. This I personally find better than the great festivals or Ziggo Dome etc

Pop temple in the modern style. They know how to book a variety of artists, so that many will visit the establishment. Parking close by with happy rates, in short a great trip in combination with the correct line-up.

I have seen bodycount live here, this was a very cool, it was very busy but cool. There was good sound in the room and the light show was also very well arranged. Easily accessible from the station and well located.

Nice room with good sound. Easily accessible by public transport or car. Do take the drive to come out again after a show, the wardrobe is built in a very awkward place. Nothing but praise.

Main venue for concerts in Nijmegen. Home to many different genres and styles. The website lists all upcoming events. Bigger acts and starting artists make up the line-up. The only downside is the cloakroom, where people get to hang their coats. Even though it's free, it's a major bottleneck at busy events.

We here for the Jeremy Loops concert. The room was full but not too full and getting to a toilet for example was easy to do. The music echoed a bit during the first band but we didn't notice this during Jeremy's show. The wardrobe queue was very long and tooka long time to retrieve our coats. All in all though a good experience.

Nice room, big room with good sound. Strikingly friendly service that is pleasant but does not disturb. Fine, clean air quality during the concert. Temperature in the room during the concert particularly pleasant.
Furthermore, a beautiful, easily accessible central location next to t Central Station of Nijmegen. An underground parking garage (Keizer Karel) 2 minutes' walk away. Here you pay 0.50 per hour in the evening, so great to do.
Unfortunately no seats in the room at this concert, a few would be nice.

Beautiful building with beautiful rooms! Definitely worth a visit, because the halls are completely closed, the sound is very good, not too loud, it does not echo. Only you have to wait very long at the wardrobe, it is not in a very tactical place that creates a kind of funnel, you can just go ahead and hang up your jacket later to prevent that!

The best small venues in my opinion, not given the final star as the music was too loud for their installation and made a lot of noise in music, what is extra plus points made was that you drinks cash or pin could pay instead of those backward coins

Great!
