I don t have them for service so I can t comment on that but I live in a neighborhood with a ton of kids and they fly around like it s a race track.. We were thinking about switching to them when they were going door to door but no way
This morning I was clearing snow at my mother s house in Wayland. I was in the middle of digging out the Dooley Disposal barrels from the snow they had succumbed to due to the town plowing the roadway. A Dooley Disposal truck happened to pull up and the young driver immediately thanked me for digging the barrels out. A second young Dooley worker came to the back of the truck to retrieve the barrels and he thanked me as well. I ripped the still partially buried barrels from their snow grip and gave them to the second worker. They both were so appreciative, polite, and smiling. I wasn t expecting that. First off, I just signed up with them last week, and today was my first pick up. I recieved my cans this morning but they said they would empty my personal bin so I do not have to transfer from one can to another. That was a huge plus for me. Second they were a little early and I was in the middle of getting my bulk item out to the corner and the person helped me grab it. I would have had it done the night before but the cans were delivered in the am, so I had no idea if I was going to get service or not. But I did get service with a smile, from the driver and the two other gentlemen working. Overall I am impressed, this is my first time getting this service, I was doing the dump runs on my own before. Thank you for the great service.
horrible service. mixes recycling with trash to save time and money
I ordered the services August 4th, got billed starting august 1st, today is August 23, and I'm still waiting for my recycling bin to be delivered. Every time I call and talk to somebody they promise its gonna be delivered in am week/ day.
update... one visit to the office seemed to solve all the issues. I received a credit and a recycling bin the same day. so far happy with service!
First of all, I signed up two weeks ago and still haven t gotten my bins. No biggie. Anyways, today was our first day of pickup. I was really nervous that we never made it to the schedule since we still don t have any bins. I was pleasantly surprised when I got home from work that our trash bags were picked up... I say this because our road is private and our house is hard to find as it s legit in the woods. Most delivery drivers can never find our house. Anywho, off to a great start! Thank you Dooley!
I wanted give them a chance, but the service is they are very unreliable. People in the office nice and polite, but my garbage steel outside of my house and won't picked up till next week. I am sickly tired colling them and figuring out why my garbage wasn't picked up again.

I could not be happier with the service provided by Dooley. The prices are extremely reasonable, they are reliable and when they advertise free overflow, they mean it. Would highly recommend using them if they serve your area.

I have been with Dooley for 2 months now and they are picking up the trash at the same time each week. They also notified me on the Holiday schedule with an email. The drivers are very courteous. Great service at a great price!
I cancelled my service 6 weeks ago because I moved out of state. They still haven't picked up their bins even though I've called every week. I close on my house this week.
We have used Dooley for several years and find them easy to deal with, and priced appropriately. They pick up guys are professional and the staff in the office is always very friendly and helpful.
Small businesses can't afford to have rude reps answer their phones. Twice we spoke with Dooley and the same woman answered and was rude & abnoxious. It was billing questions and I was besides myself with how rude she was. Rude enough for me to decide ," is this worth continuing service"?
Dooley bought out MTG in Manomet and that was the beginning of the end. They would fail to show up on a regular basis would make promises about showing up the next day and never show up. This would repeat over and over and calls to Customer Service, while friendly, would just be more promises but no action. It was always either "we'll call you and let you know when we're coming" or "oops we had the wrong phone number" or something. Nothing but failure and excuses and piles of accumulating trash. I should have dumped them sooner, so shame on me for thinking they could improve.
They put recycling together with other trash, but when I called and asked if they are recycling, they lied that they are.
I just watched one of your trucks drive by on Charlotte Furnace Rd in West Wareham and the driver was looking down at his cell phone as he drove by right before turning right on to Penikese St. This should not be tolerated.
Me and my wife signed up 4weeks ago and Took over a month to get our pales and have watched them mix trash with recycling for two weeks in a row on top of being missed more than once I am Disgusted and will be switching to nauset disposal and after reading through the reviews clearly this is horrible service
Great experience from their sales representative knocking on the door, to the early-morning phone calls that got answered at the office, the exceptional customer service...it's nice to see another business that just "gets it."

Customer service never picks up the phone and never return call. No response to emails either. If your messages says 9-5 Monday to Friday make sure someone is there to answer the phone. or at least have the courtesy to call back

Aweful driving skills of at least one driver. Very unsafe. No regard for driving laws. Given driving skills would not allow them any where near my property. Called management to share concerns, they did not call me back so clearly unsafe driving is not a concern of theirs.

The service was amazing when in was My Trash Guys, we have had nothing but issues when it switched to Dooley. They have missed multiple pickups and just offer the reason that the guys must have just missed you, sad excuse. They are missing a service I have already paid for in advance! Will absolutely be switching companies.
When the pick up they're great. You be the judge, since my service started in Plympton this year, they have been a no show five documented times. I sent emails each time. If you have the time and patience to email, call, leave messages that's the service you get.
update, they showed up a few weeks without incident, except for the fact that they are NOT recycling, but putting it all in one truck...Tuesday 10/8 recycling didn't get picked up again, because I put it out after the first truck came by and no second truck ever appeared.
Update: the price recently increased due to higher costs of recycling, yet every week the same truck picks up my trash and recycling...I think I read an article about this a while back.
Have had great service until recently when umm took over. 3rd time my trash has not been picked up .
I would like to applaud Manny Ceballis on being the best garbage man ever. He is friendly, on time, courteous, helpful and most of all a perfect gentleman. I give him 10 stars. He is a pleasure to work with!!!
The young man who picks up the trash every week is simply the best. We have the back door service and love it. Just for a few extra dollars, they have a smaller trash truck that will back up to your house and always places the barrels back exactly where they were before. Thoughtful workers and hard workers for sure. Very IMPRESSIVE Dooley man
I ve had Orifice and switched to Dooley to save $5/month which was a mistake. I had to call Dooley for trash issues five different times which to me, is five too many because it shouldn t be that hard to empty my trash can.
We wanted to give them a chance but had to switch service after a month due to three straight weeks of recycling not been picked up. When we called they said it wouldn t happen again and that it would be picked up the next day and didn t get picked up then either. I would not recommend if you want a reliable trash and recycling service.
They don't p/u on the scheduled days and don't call to tell you so you're left with trash barrels as lawn ornaments until they decide to show up. Off free quarterly large item removal however they never have room on the truck the day they're supposed to pick it up so they always have to "send another truck tomorrow" which turns inti next week. Rude customer service as well. Affordable price but like anything, you get what you pay for.
Just had my 7th missed trash p/u. I call to complain and was told "I'll look into what happened & call you right back". That was 4:10pm. Still no call back as of 9:55pm.
The only thing they do more than missed pick-ups is raise the price. Increased $8.50 per month in the last year. Price goes up-service goes down!!
Have had Dooley since they started the trash pick up for Foxboro. They are always on time, their drivers are very courteous and don't leave my barrels all over the place like the previous trash pick up, and I always receive an email when trash will be delayed. Thank you Dooley!

Dooley was an amazing company prior to the acquisition of UMM. I would give Dooley 5 stars but unfortunately the new management/ customer service leaves a lot to be desired. UMM does not respect customer privacy. You could call them and ask about service at an existing address by umm and get information without being on the account. Also umm lost checks due to their move and claimed a past due balance. They try to strong arm their customers by refusing service but continue to accept money regardless. On top of it they have cashed checks and did not credit the appropriate account until several weeks of investigationn. I was a customer of Dooley for 10 years and AJ too care of any issues. Unfortunately customer services does not exist at this company UMM.

Dependable service,great communication of any changes in pick up. Picking up my dryer for only $5.00. Never had any issues with unanswered calls. Helpful,pleasant office staff.

I was introduced to Dooley Disposal Services by one of their representatives Mr. Joshua Silva. I have had their trash and recycle services for over a year now and I am very pleased with their Business. Their Dumpsters are painted a cool color and the driver's are always neat and quick. I have never had to call the company with one complaint ever, about any items left behind. I'm very particular about the look of all areas of my property, including where we keep our trash. I recommend Dooley Disposal Services to any Business or Residence. Great job to Dooley Disposal Services and their entire Team.

Missed a pick up after holiday weekend. They told me our landscaper's truck was in the way. Rather than telling the landscaper to move, they took a picture and left. I don't know a landscaper who would not yield to a garbage truck. Seems like someone just didn't feel like trying too hard to please the customer. I was told they'd get my trash next week. Uh, thanks, but my barrel is full TODAY.
Rude people. They never pick up the trash when there suppose to. When you call and complain they act like they have no clue what your talking about.... DONT USE DOOLEY.......
I would give them 0 stars if I could. Dooley was most recently bought out by another service and it has gone to trash..... no pun intended. They didn't notify of change in service and argued that they did.. no email, no letter, nothing. I've had several missed pickups and been told too bad. Extremely unprofessional and not the same service I bought into years ago. Don't waste your time or money!
This company stopped separating the trash and recycling and failed to tell customers. I saw them put the trash and recycling in the same truck several times and a driver confirmed they no longer recycle due to high costs. We will be switching to Dover Trucking.
Been with Dooley less than a year & I can t count the times I ve needed to call either for sloppiness or missed garbage pick-up (yes, I wonder the same thing, how do they skip our trash bins sometimes)??? We have no side walk on our small side street & I ve gotten so fed up with them not leaving the bins back on my drive way that I ve placed a permanent sign on the garbage bins for them not to be left on the street! My drive way is pretty wide so there is no excuse to block my entrance either & they have also done that! I have found cars going around my trash bins as well because they fail to place them back in my drive way & are left so far out on the street! Going to give it a few more weeks & see how it goes. It s better to pay a little more & get quality service. This is a paid service & there is not need for trash to be missed or for customers to put up with sloppy work! Workers need to get it together & stop rushing because your picks ups are getting clearly sloppier & sloppier as time goes by! (THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN CROSS-POSTED ON OTHER SITES).
Bridgewater MA, only redeeming quality is they pick up the trash, even with out a bin, have lived here for several months now, since the start of December, have called on a bi-weekly basis for them to deliver our buckets, and we get told they would be delivered by X date and they never ever have come. I am canceling this service tomorrow.
