At first this was a great service when down to horrendous!
Like everyone we get busy and sometimes miss a payment
I received such call and was told to CALL and make a payment to avoid interruption of service. No problem!
Looked at my checking account and they TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION!
I tried to resolve the issue and was told after speaking with several people that this was a shakedown This company STOLE money from ME and I m giving THEM a shake down!?
Money taken from an account without permission is FRAUD!
I pay my bills so I told the very RUDE MAN Anthony to keep the payment and cancel my service!
It took them well over a month to get their barrels out of my yard and today I received an invoice!
Horrible horrible way to do business!!
I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone!
