Dooley was an amazing company prior to the acquisition of UMM. I would give Dooley 5 stars but unfortunately the new management/ customer service leaves a lot to be desired. UMM does not respect customer privacy. You could call them and ask about service at an existing address by umm and get information without being on the account. Also umm lost checks due to their move and claimed a past due balance. They try to strong arm their customers by refusing service but continue to accept money regardless. On top of it they have cashed checks and did not credit the appropriate account until several weeks of investigationn. I was a customer of Dooley for 10 years and AJ too care of any issues. Unfortunately customer services does not exist at this company UMM.
