They are so nice and friendly! I came in to get my brakes worked on, and I waited longer on line than I did for them to fix it! It was a silly fix and they didn't make me seem stupid or anything. I will definately go back if I ever need another repair!!!

The staff is very unfriendly do not take the time to allude to find what you are looking for are very despots with customers and products and services too expensive. I recommend looking for another opsion before visiting this place.

The wife and I went in to buy bikes and were asking all sorts of questions. The entire staff was super helpful if I would give them 10 stars I would never going to another bike shop again.

My husband & I were looking for a particular bike-Electra beach cruisers-we finally found them at Don's. We ordered our bikes and a week later they were ready. The guys there are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Scott, Ben, Rick and Steve are the best. We were treated so good, after buying two Electra's, we bought two more. We walked out with four Electra's and some starbucks. We are very happy, very satisfied and very pleased customers. We will be back. Thank you Don's staff for making our bike shopping easy and fun. I dropped a few hundred bucks on tires, tubes, tube linings, flats sealant, changed all wires, new breakpads replaced spokes (since is my only transportation. The next day my chain broke (old chain), I called back got quoted for chain and service. I ask if they would give me a better price on labor since I'm a customer and was short on cash and needed to pay an Uber

The place is good, they got good inventory but rude careless service... Lost a customer

Had what I wanted in stock and ready to roll. Courteous service performed expeditiously. The frame I chose was a skosh tall for me which made the seat too high, without missing a beat they trimmed the seat post to fit me. Mind you, this was before I committed to buy the bike. You just don't find many places anymore with that kind of dedication to customer service. There's a reason they've been in business for over 60 years.

I went to get my gears adjusted and they did not take all day. Service was great. Staff very helpful. Nice clean shop. Thank you Don and the manager.

First time visiting and it was a pretty sweet spot. We arrived just as a shipment of bikes arrived. We ended up leaving with three gt performers. I'm please with the service. Very kind people working here.

They were busy, but very helpful. I left one bike for a tune up, which they estimated would take about 5 weeks. I also had tubes and tires placed on another bike, which they did right then and there. I'm satisfied with their work so far.

They were trying to sell me a overpriced "used tool" when I got it 3 times less somewhere else new. I was trying to support a local spot, but not when they try to rip you off.

When you want to buy a bicycle in their store, please consider the price carefully and compare with the same type of bicycle. The price of the bicycle in their store is somewhat inflated. I found a bicycle online that is the same as the one I bought in their store, and the price is 50 lower than theirs.

My friend bought an electric bike, and he couldn't line the tire up after he fixed the flat.

Their always busy, why? Because tbeir great i drove 30 min to come here. I just bought our third bike from them and my son was super stoked to watch his bike being built straight out of the box. Damion was super helpful... straight forward no bs i like it.... ill be returning in 2 weeks for another bike guys

As soon as I stepped inside the store, they make me feel I was in the right place to have my bike fix there. Service, kindness, and friendship is awesome. Mechanics are so knowledgeable of what they're doing on ur bike. Prices are very affordable, and recommendations are so right.
Best place to take ur bike to get fix. Variety of parts and accessories and bikes to choose from. Complete knowledgeable people and very experience mechanics.

Cool, knowledgeable staff. A little pricey. I insist on going to Dons for the peace of mind that the job is going to be done right; I can tell I'm not the only one considering their long appointment list.

I got a bike here and their service was great ..they take good care of you when ur bike need some work

Took my trek slash here for service,the bikes only a 2015 model. They couldn't fix the problem and tried to sell me on the fact that after 3 years my 4200 dollar bike's already trash. They wanted to charge me 500 bucks for parts and told me the fix would only be Temporary. The only thing they were able to do was bleed the dropper post, @least they did that right. I took my bike to Covina valley cyclery and they were able to fix the issue on my bike for 250 bucks. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY BIKE BACK TO THESE NOVICE MECHANICS AGAIN

Love this shop. All the employees are always up front and honest when quoting you for work and will always give you the no b.s. answer on if something is right for the setup you are looking for on your bike. Highly recommended!

Ben was beyond helpful on helping me find a good bike to get to and from work. Took into consideration all of my requests and budget and we came to a decision after allowing me to test ride quite a few different bikes. I ended up purchasing a Giant Talon 3. Ben's customer service and product knowledge was impressive. Thank you Ben!! This was the first bicycle shop I've ever purchased from and after going to few other shops I'm glad I decided to stick with Don's. Clearly a racial biased exists in this store. Just moved to the city, this place already lost my business. FIND ANOTHER SPOT. The quality of their merchandise is a joke. You can find better bikes at Target and Walmart. They have no customer service.

Let s talk about THE BEST customer service!!! My family went to breakfast, while at breakfast, one of the employee s tires were stolen off her locked bike out front of the restaurant. She was crying and devastated. We drove over to Don s Bikes and explained the situation to Scott. Scott stepped up, gave us a GREAT deal to get the parts needed to get this girls bike up and running again.
People return to business when they receive great customer service. We always give Don s our business and will continue because of customer service. Thanks so much Scott- you not only made our day but now this young lady is able to ride her bike home from work. :)

I give it a one star because i went there to buy a inertube for my bike and there were like yea this is the size of the tube and it was 16 dollars for the tube and i asked how much do you charge to install the tube they were like 10 dollars so i was about to but i didnt because i remembered a better store by san bernardino and they charge 5 dollars to install and they charged me 3 dollars to fix my brakes and when i went to dons again these scamy ass holes tryed to charge 30 saying i needed new brake plus the inertube they sold me was used because as i expected it didnt work so i had to drive all the way back there which was about 15 mins and when i tryed to return the tube they didnt want to take it back saying they needed my bike to see if i was telling a big lie but when i asked if i did that would you guys charge me agin 10 to install a tube they were like yes do i said no and they gave me my money back and he looked mad.The only way i step in that store again if they say sorry to me for wasting my time and money and they were rude not even trying to help

Great shop and great staff, huge credit to them for keeping stock during these times as well as keeping everything safe. Couldn't recommend them any higher if I could. As busy as it was the staff was helpful and professional, the whole area was super clean even with mechanics going back and forth.

When I took my bike to dons, I never thought that the service that was done to my bike would be my
last. It had the impression that dons bike was the best in the I.E., well I found out that the staff had
in there work, when I brought my bike in, I was told that I was not going believe the quality of work the
two boys who were fixing my bike. It took two days for a tune up I had requested, upon my return I
notice that my bike was dirty. I use to remember when I would bring my bike in for repairs, it would come back wash and dried. Maybe people don't have pride in their work anymore. But like the local paper stated that dons bikes is the best in the I.E., for my personal experience, don't always believe
what you read.

Took my Emojo bike to get a rear flat fixed and an adjustment to my brakes. Great service and explained everything that needed to be done. Definitely, will take my electric bike to Dons for service.

Terrible staff all around. Rude employees don't say excuse me just walk right in front of you. Never got asked if I needed help.

Well, I have bought bikes from Don's since 1998, always recommend the two stores. The most important is lifetime tune-ups and if you know how to treat the mechanics, you will be in and out. Has been 20 yrs now, with many off years not biking, but I am treated like royalty when walking in the Rialto store, know most staff by first name. That is another great thing, employees stay there for a long time, means owner is treating them well. If you treat every customer like me, you will never have issues.

Wanna shout out Scott for GREAT customer service I'd recommend him if you wanna make a first bicycle purchase.

Very friendly staff. they asked questions, listened and helped make the process easy. I bought 2 bikes for my kids and the salesperson (Ian) was attentive and engaging with my kids. he pulled down bikes and helped them choose which would be best for them. Even let them test them out in the parking lot to feel the different sizes. When deciding on style/color, he pulled up images and put side by side to help with the deciding process. The vibe in the shop, even during COVID was friendly and upbeat. there were some people that hung around the outside of the shop (other bike enthusiasts) that just helped with that neighborhood feeling. One bike was built but the other was freshly delivered so they had to build it. it was a quick turn around though and was able to pick up a little later in the day.

Its okay.....They need to hire "new blood" in their. A young fresh faces college kid will lighted up the air like Walmart. But I did like the fixie bikes and payment plan, thinking about a new bike there

Bought my first hybrid bike here earlier today. Travis was very knowledgeable in finding a bike that fits me and my budget. Because of the great experience, I will be coming back to get a bike for my son and wife. In fact, just got back from riding my new Cannondale Quick 4. The bike is awesome!
