Tamarack Junction Casino Review

Clean except on the machine I spilled my drink on but they(staff) were on it. Drink service good, machines not so much, they are all new and neat to play but again can't be on a budget. The Best way to enjoy these types of machines is with a nice fat wallet and a few strong drinks.
Parking was good, the cage lady was extra nice and helpful and someone actually asks"do you want a drink"such a foreign language around those places, you would think your in a secret club when you hear em. Open sesame!
Oh yeah the machines, I can say everyone around me was winning, not trying to be a good sport about things but .... That sucked (but was good for them)

Went there with my wife to play pennies, this place smells like cigarettes so terribly bad. Very smokey felt sick next day. Needs better ventilation or better yet non smoking area. So if you don't smoke cigarettes I would go elsewhere.

I've won more here than at all other casinos combined. A cocktail waitress is always around within 5 minutes, calling out for drinks. I always encountered the same employees, who always smiled and didn't bother to ID more than once. Their parking lot is annoying though, with only one entrance/exit to South Virginia st. Cars get backed up sometimes. There is a gate, with another exit, but its always closed. Please open it.

Little smokey sometimes, but a nice place to gamble or grab a bite to eat.

Cool calm environment. Not as busy and pushy as other casinos.

My family goes here all of the time because of the 50% off for military. I always enjoy my experience and the only reason I ever don't want to go is because we went the last 3 days!

Went to the newly remodeled Steak House. Dinner was reasonably priced, service was delightful. We were celebrating an event, it was the best time for all.

My friend hit over $100 on Cleopatra Keno, which is rare.

Whenever we have a social event such as mother's or father's day we like to go to the cafe at Tamarack because it's a nice quiet place to eat that has a great selection of food where even the finicky eater will find something.

Food was good. Had blue cheese burger. Cooked perfect. No big win on games. Spent maybe a total hr, incl dinner.

I love the sports bar. They got some good food & we come here to watch all the Green Bay Packers games.

Solid sportsbook, nice board, shoot some hoops before work May through October, safer then most casinos, contrast tamarack parking lot Friday at 11pm vs say Baldini's or Bonanza, huge difference, not much to dislike

Their steakhouse has amazing food. The service is second to none. Mr Podesta made our salad at the table and it was delicious.

Great food and Atmosphere here at the Junction my home away from,comps are awesome keep up the great work.

Service was slow and bad. They took a long time to take or food order. Did bring us water or take are order. Manger was not trying to solve the problem.

Nice locals Casino off the beaten path. All staff friendly and won a couple bucks.

The Tamarack has really improved since their opening back up (post Governor mandated shut down). Walk in with your mask on and you don't smell . This tells me the Ventilation in here or whoever did the HVAC is Awesome.

Went for breakfast. Inexpensive 5.99 breakfast specials.
You need a reservation to dine in.

I have been coming here for breakfast at the DC cafe two to 4 times a week for the past year. I am afraid I can no longer tolerate the horrible service. The waitresses are oblivious to the fact that they earn their tip if they at least look in my general direction once or even twice during my meal. The food is served cold on numerous occasions. I seem to only be allowed 6 ounces of coffee. Refills are hard to come by. Then I am forced to wait 30 minutes to get my check. Today I was finally seated and only had to wait 13 minutes to get asked what I wanted to drink. Horrible service, mediocre food.

Great place to eat and watch a game! You don't have to Gamble to have a good time there, though there gaming selection is Vast!

A place more for the older crowd, but their restaurants have pretty good food. Sunday morning spread at Sully's is great plus Sully's does reservations.

I like the welcome to the neighborhood feeling you get from their employees...they are friendly and seem to like thier job. But mostly i love a quick bite. STEAK ON A STICK from the restaurant... Ii get food credit while playing .......most of the time playtime for my investment and drinks if i want them

Of all the casinos in Nevada, this is one the best, if not the best, mid-sized casinos you can experience! You can enjoy a delicious meal in the cafe; or enjoy your favorite sporting event, while having a mouth-watering burger; or, celebrate your wedding aniversary/birthday with fine cuisine in the steak house! Although, there are no table games, there are thousands of video games and a sports book to provide gaming entertainment. The staff in all departments, are very attentive and appreciate the'er ir guests. Plenty of well lit parking and there's wheel chair access. The restrooms are clean. Last but not least, there are banquet rooms available for your meetings or celebration!

Tonic for my Vodka tonic was flat returned nxt flat too,told bartender she tried to get some bubbles. But my Rueben was good. Nice place

Small casino in Reno's southside. Many machines, ok food, but no espresso or latte. Has a bar.

Tamarack Junction has a variety of machines for Gambling, a nice clean Coronavirus contious establishment. Waitresses are friendly and will service you your favorite spirits to wet your whistle. Enjoy!

Food and service are great, and it's not overcrowded.

Very good breakfest especially the Breakfest burrito! Also very nice staff. However the service is very slow even when there is like 6 people here. Make sure to specify in slow words how you want your burger or it'll look like they didn't cook it. Disappointing

Tamarack Junction is a smaller local casino with a few restaurants. I like Tamarack because they staff there are friendly and most of them seem to genuinely enjoy their job. It's never crazy here. Even when it's busy, it's still quiet.

Food was really good!! Eggs benedict one of the best I've had in a long time gambled a little bit after breakfast took a minute for the cocktail waitress but when she found us she was good very polite

Small casino with a sub par game selection i was not impressed and i was very sad to say that they didnt give me any freeplay or bonus perks or anything for signing up and getting a players card. I was shocked. This was the first casino i have ever been to that didnt give a few bucks for signing up. Boo
