Highly recommend for your colonoscopy or gastroscopy needs. Very professional and convenient service.

The day I visited this location was following a freezing rain storm. There was a long delay but it was excused. The actual medical staff were great and helpful. I noticed they paid careful attention to patients even after the procedures to ensure they are stable and have a designated driver before they leave the clinic.

Went in for my Gastroscopy appointment the clinic was a bit crowded due to weekend. It took me 20 mins and I was good to go very friendly staff, experienced Dr would recommend it. At first I was nervous and scared but everyone talked me out of it I felt confident before I knew it. There might be some wait time but that's a normal thing.

I had done my two tests at this clinic. The staff is very nice & friendly. the doctor is very kind too. They explain everything clearly. & the place is clean.

Dr. Margulies is amazing. She is worth the extra wait.

My time has been wasted at this place two times. They have no consideration for people's time and I will not be returning. It's ridiculous to be schedule for an appointment at 3pm, wait for more than an hour and half when they close at 5pm and the doctor would see you for a lousy 10 minutes. Do not call me again.

Most of the reviews from this clinic are from before it was taken over by the group at St. Michael's. My Dr. is Dr. Kim who bought the clinic. I went to this clinic before and after it was taken over. It was terrible before but after Dr. Kim and his team took it over it became excellent. Dr. Kim explained that the cameras are all new, the staff is now very nice and the waits are still there but much shorter. The space is small is my only complaint.

Asked for an appointed after 3pm. I was told they only have 1 spot at 1:40pm and if I don't take it, next available spot if after a month.

Rushed to be there on time. It's currently 3:05pm and I'm still in the waiting room. Thank you very much for being so honest and respecting others time.

I have met with courteous and efficient staff, well maintained and clean place. The procedure was easy compare with previous preparation.

Very bad experience right from the start. The day before my colonoscopy I call the clinic to clarify something and the receptionist after getting my name said that I had cancelled my appointment. When I denied making the cancellation, she was adamantly repeating that it was me who called in to cancel. After some argument she came back saying someone with my last name had cancelled and not me. The apology was terrible and not sincere. Next day at the clinic, they had my name with someone's address. Then, two days later, they call me to rebook my "cancelled appointment". I told them to get their records straight at the clinic. Now, today I receive a call saying the doctor could not bill as my health card number was not accepted. Of course, they did not have my health card number right. When I told the receptionist that they were so unprofessional and that I was not coming back, she said that's fine.In my 20 years in Canada, this is the first time I have experienced such unprofessional service.
