Dominican Fiesta Hotel & Casino Review

Good only. The restaurant staff needs to be more friendly and responsive. The carpet on the fifth floor smells.

This hotel offers great accommodations and the service provided by the staff is wonderful. Ms. Gisselle, Jesus Hernandez, Juliana Paris, Marcell Montero, Ervin Camacho, they all work together to make your stay magnificent.

Lobby and parking space, the whole building is big compared to other 5 star hotels in Santo Domingo. However, the venue, including the banquet hall, and the overall facilities and equipment are quite uncomfortable enough to have a five-star rating. I personally think that it is urgent to purchase some space remodeling and conference equipment.

I was at Kaviar in the Dominican Fiesta, it's an excellent place to dance ant take a drink with you girlfriend.

There seems to be a lack of communication at the front desk. I think they need to be more forthcoming with information or ensure that their staff are on the same page. Otherwise, the facilities were great. Nice pool. The croissants were delicious! The bartenders were great as well.

Old Classy Dominican Fiesta (this time, owned by Palladium Hotels) remains the same through years. When I look at it is a solid flashback to the 80's with slight changes. What is really surprising; still keeps a good amount of guests and visitors.

Hotel has a sunset Cafe at 8 th floor with amazing panoramic view. It is well equipped and designed hall for relaxing and entertaining with beautiful views of city

I do not fulfill my expectation. On February 14 I went to dinner. not to go into more details. I went to get my water to drink. the rooms are comfortable.

Nicely renovated. Still great service. Again I have problems with Dominicans hotels' breakfast buffets: it's flat, no originality...

It's was a great hotel but if y have guest stay over you will be charged.

Food is delicious here. Do not go for the poolside buffet. The menu has better options.

It is a quality service hotel but with it challenge in terms of facility and setting. The pool area is good for family and friends and it has major courts for basketball, tennis, volleyball, gym, salon and spa. The restaurant serves good quality food with a variety of dishes.
This is a hotel in an old building that was built back during Trujillo's ditartorship that needs work and you notice that from arriving to the parking area.

First class attentions, a qualified and attentive staff. And the food!!! God the food ... and the desserts ... I loved it.

I was doing some work in the hotel, and actually the facilities for the time that this hotel has in operation, are very well maintained and in optimal conditions

During our stay, casino was being remodeled, but otherwise beautiful facility. The entire staff was extremely friendly & helpful. The wait staff was excellent as was the food. There may be better facilities but you would be hard pressed to find a better staff.

Very quiet, nice big pool & Restaurant. Bed is a little soft to my taste but hotel service is excellent.

I stayed for a week, the deck chairs in the pool area were too dirty, it's a sensitive issue in these times of pandemic. From what I have seen it is not a hotel to go with the family, it is mostly single. I think hotels have focused a lot on the events part, I would take away a star.

Nice Hotel, Lobby is beautiful, Employees are very nice and helpful. Pool very nice Ammenities great. Tje bathrooms are a bit uncomfortable as far as the shower goes. But other ththan that sn thst s very beautiful hotel. Nice live band and food. Casino was nice

Fourth Floor Room was cozy, clean, convenient with 2 full sized beds, T.V. with cable, and small refrigerator. Three nights for approx. $300 including taxes.

Bathroom was clean, nothing fancy.

Included a safe, hangers, iron board, blow dryer and all your typical hotel necessities.

Had a Balcony facing what looked like residential towers and the Hotel Parking. (Wasn't a bad view) and was able to smoke on the Balcony.



Pool was small but nice... Had a Pool Bar as well was Jacuzzi...

Parking was free and safe. One security guard at Entrance and another at Exit.

Your temperature is taken before you enter, and you're greeted and directed to where you need to go.

The hotel generally had good service.

This hotel doesn't disappoint.. Center of city.. Service.. Food is really good.. Always enjoy the breakfast.. And u can relax by pool or walk around hotel, it's pretty safe..

Very bad, the restaurant service the worst, in addition to delivering the room they charged me more, I never took something from the room servibar, I made the claim and they charged me $ 17 more for the use of the servibar. They promised me a refund in the following hours which never happened ... I am too sorry to have to share my experience ...

Visited this hotel specifically for the tennis courts and I've to say they're excellent they've both clay and hard courts.

Amazing hotel as a local I didn't stay in a room since my family lives 10 minutes away but their food, staff, pool and drinks are amazing. Will definitely be back whenever I'm in DR

The weak point of the hotel is the restaurant, they are constantly overwhelmed, and sometimes with bad attention.

From potholes in the parking lot to cockroach infestation , this hotel is need of some serious upgrade. The carpets are old and stink. The A/C is not up to par .the humidity stays in the room no matter what. The staff is good and very friendly. The staff is the only thing that works in this hotel .the building is run down, the COCKROACHES are a big problem. They upgrafed me to 7th floor and that floor was not any better. Same old smell and dirty carpets . The attached casino is rundown as well. Hardly any one goes there and this hotel is on the cusp of either going out of business or waiting for an investor to make an investment . Either ways, I will not come back but I hope they make some changes to the building

I have traveled to a lot of places and stayed in plenty of hotels and this hotel is the worst hotel I have stayed so far. The service was bad. I booked a hotel room with a king size bed and they told me that only I can stay in the room. Wish it was worth the money I paid, but it wasn't. About 10 years ago it was probably a great place to stay, but now you might want to think about it before you book this hotel.

I have traveled to different parts of the world and I have stayed in many hotels and this hotel is one of the worst if not the worst. The service was awful. I booked this hotel with a king size bed and they told me that only I could stay in the room. Hopefully, the money that I paid would be at least enough for the hotel but not even that is worth staying there one night. Probably 10 years ago the hotel could say that it was good but now they should think about staying in a hotel like this that is not worth it.

Club fiesta is good. You have access to gym, pool, sauna, tennis/basketball area for less than 2k per month.
