Nice hotel and staff,but rugs need to get replaced,rugs are old and smelly

I had high expectations regarding the hotel service, but unfortunately the work of the restaurant and room staff leaves a lot to be desired:
In the restaurant when we went to dinner they made us wait more than 1 hour to attend us, however they attended to people who arrived long after us to the restaurant and in the room the courtesy drinks had to be for two people (since there were two of us registered in the same room) they always left for one person, the last night they didn't leave bath towels, only hand towels, I don't know if it's a matter of racism (since I'm Mexican) but the service leaves a lot to be desired, the facilities are the only thing redeemable.

It is a very nice hotel, well located, Casino inside, nice pool and great gym, also 2 restaurants on site are good.

Nice place, very big, pretty pool, the food in the reastaurants ins that great, and the reception service could be a little faste

I just have experience with the conferences rooms and buffet, but all that was superb. Cozy and very large rooms, the buffet was terrific, a lot of options for dessert.

It has a nice atmosphere, the prices in the bar are good, I didn't love the food but it's not bad either

Stayed here and was charged $25 for an early check in when I was told it would be free. Pool is nice. Executive lounge stinks too much smoke leaks out from private smoking area. Maids are really nice.

My stay was very pleasant, the buffet food is excellent, the rooms are very good, the hotel is very good.

Very nice and quiet, make sure your stay at least 3 days to get your money's worth. I would go back for sure.

Good hotel, but not 5 stars. Maybe it was 5 stars, time ago. Nice and variety of options for breakfast.

You can reserve some rooms for weddings and it has room service
