Domanys Auxerre a real disaster I made a request for accommodation with them, The person at the reception not friendly at all! when we receive from the public it is a minimum, yet a person who takes the work of another who would be really motivated! The follow-up is absolutely not done contrary to their so-called quality charter! I visited an accommodation my god a horror more coating on the floor and traces of mold on the floor horrible smell of scum on the floor in the middle of the living room !!! The person who visited me didn't seem surprised at the condition of the accommodation I have ever seen? Their list of accommodation is not at all up to date they will waste your time fleeing Domanys!

When the building where I live was bought by Domanys, disappointments only followed. The collective interview leaves much to be desired. The garbage containers were put outside and the room planned for was closed. This is to the delight of other people since the garbage cans are on the side of the road, anyone stops to throw their garbage to the detriment of the tenants. Not to mention the fact that when it's windy, the bins tip over, and when the temperatures rise, we are invaded by flies and other insects and it smells bad. Last spring the grass was more than a meter high, and with the fields, gardens and woods beside it, it was not at all reassuring when the bushes, the year before they were pruned. well after taking the place of half of the driveway leading to the front door. Finally, when I wanted to give my leave, Domanys refused to give me an appointment and to receive my letter in person under the conditions indicated on the public service site.
To summarize, a lack of maintenance, we do not care about the tenants and the complaints that you make do nothing because any excuse is good for them if they can postpone. I do not recommend at all if you can do otherwise.
