My kids (ages 7 and 9) loved it! We were staying elsewhere on the island and found the dolphin swimming experience. It was fun and informative and not too long (45 min). You get great photos. The resort is very cool too. This was probably my kids favorite activity on our Hawaii trip!
Excellent opportunity to interact with dolphins who are well-trained and friendly! Covid precautions are in place and it felt low risk to participate. Erica was a fantastic trainer to be paired with, sensitive to all members of the group getting equal time and getting to interact in many different ways. This made my 13 y.o. daughter s year - highly recommend! Very enjoyable to sit and watch from the bank, as well, if participating isn t an option for you.
Wow is all I can say! The group at Dolphin Quest Hawaii were top notch, very informative interactions and they really educated you on Dolphins! The experience is one I will never forget. The Dolphins were very playful and engaging, being up close and touching these magnificent creatures was something I cannot compare with anything else! If you get the opportunity to experience this you will not regret your decision! I was just blown away at how gentle and smart these Dolphins are, the trainers are the best and really take their time with you and the bond between the trainer and the Dolphins is really something to behold!

Stephanie was amazing. She taught us so much about the dolphins on site. Great experience with the kid. Even the toddler deluxe was awesome for the 3 y/o!
Soooooo much better than other dolphin encounters. So much more interactive, small groups (4 people) swim along side the dolphin, etc. They even let (and encourage) family that is watching to take photos so you aren t forced to get the professional photos. (Although the professional photos are amazing and so many more amazing shots than the one or two cheesy ones you would get at a different dolphin experience). We loved this experience and it s humane society certified. I asked about it and they said the certification takes weeks each time they renew with people onsite examining the facility, staff, and operations.
My wife and I really enjoyed our experience at Dolphin Quest. The dolphins were very friendly and did a lot of cool tricks. The trainer was knowledgeable and gave the encounter a fun vibe. I wish I had brought goggles to keep the salt water out of my eyes, but it was a great time regardless.

My family had such a wonderful time. It was very well organized, COVID safe, and well worth the money. There is no other way to be so close and friendly with dolphins in my opinion. The trainers were friendly and shared lots of great information about the dolphins which made it even more valuable of an experience. We would certainly recommend this adventure, there is no way to be disappointed. The picture package was well worth it too since there were six of us in our group.
This was such an amazing experience for our family!! The place is kept very clean and organized right from the check-in point. The Dolphins are beautiful and got to interact with them for quite some time. The trainer was wonderful, very knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely return here and highly recommend this experience for anyone considering encounter with dolphins! We even got to see their 4 month old Dolphin.
