We recently had our entire ensuite renovated. This involved ripping out the old ensuite in its entirety and retiling floor to ceiling including a recessed shelf in the shower area, painting, installing new appliances and fittings including glass shower partition, new vanity, a double shaving cabinet, new toilet and all the usual bathroom fittings. The work done by all the tradesmen was first class, very professional, they were courteous, pleasant and they all cleaned up after themselves. Dolphin Bathrooms provided a mini skip for all the rubbish created with the renovations and also had a cleaner come in and do a final clean in the ensuite and main bedroom. The installation was done in a timely manner and my husband and I are absolutely thrilled with the result. I am more than happy to provide a glowing review for Dolphin Bathrooms.

Roy provided me with professional advice and support throughout the entire renovation process, calling me regularly with updates, asking lots of questions and listening to me to make sure everything was just right. The results of my new bathroom and ensuite is stunning and has transformed my house and my life. Just finished our second major bathroom reno by Dolphin. And planning further as their work has been very flexible (added toilet, screens and alcoves) and high quality. Roy's staff is a delight to deal with and take pride in their work.

Roy and his team have just completed my ensuite and main bathroom renovations and I am extremely happy with the end result.

Roy provided a comprehensive and very competitive quote and gave me some great ideas about the use of space. He outlined the time frame and process and also made sure to let me know that sometimes there are things that they may encounter during the renovations that could affect the final costings. This did not happen which was a bonus.

Roy's Team was great to deal with, they were professional and had great expertise. Given that we were in the midst of the COVID-19 issues and I had kids doing homeschooling and myself working from home, the team did a great job in trying to minimise the impact that the renovations had on us while we were at home.

Roy was very responsive to questions and concerns and was quick to rectify any little hiccups that were encountered.

Roy came to our house, he came up with some workable solutions for our difficult old bathroom. He then drew up some plans and provided a quote which was detailed and cheaper than other quotes we had received. The renovation went smoothly and we re really happy with the result.

After deciding to renovate the toilet/bathroom/ laundry at my property last year, I accepted the Dolphin quote and paid a deposit and after the initial walk through, waited patiently for things to move forward. It took 5 months for the reno to start, but things did move quickly once they started. In hindsight I believe a sit-down to discuss plans, colours and fittings beforehand would have been helpful.
