30 minute wait for cold, watery coffee. Cake was nice at least. Lovely cake.

30 minute wait for cold, watery coffee. Cake was nice at least. Lovely cake.
It is a tiny place, very cute. The cappuccino is ... awesome !! It's delicious. I accompanied it with a portion of Torta della Nonna ... Homemade sponge cake filled with cream with pine nuts.
Served by very friendly Italians.
Very cute and highly recommended place.
"carrot loaf", which is a carrot cake, but the "loaf" thing is because
it's square...
Served by Italians, very friendly.
You can pay by card.
Lovely place. I met a friend here for tea and cake after work. Really lovely delicious food and cakes.
This is such an amazing restaurant. High quality, authentic and fine food. Extra plus for the cozy Location and the very charming waiter/owner! :))
I can recommend to 100%! I am giving endless Stars !
Modern frame not aggressive, some appetizing pastry, a correct hot chocolate. Not comfortable like an Indian cinema but so much the better.
Food and wine very nice. Service great. Cosy, comfortable and atmospheric. Tables quite close together but it doesn't diminish the experience.
I recommend 100% Italian hot chocolate and pistachio and Nutella cake.
Great place to have a dessert. I do love their cannoli.
After the new opening you have not only the best cakes in Dublin but also a lovely location! I still have to try the restaurant but I am sure I won't be disappointed knowing the chef personally!
my favorite sweet shop, coffee shop, cake house in ireland. I know it's not ''Irish'' but nowadays, i think that the people who live in Ireland makes Ireland what it is. Or mostly Dublin which is more divesed than other areas in Ireland.
Dolce Sicily has so many options and I before I die, I plan to try all their sweet menu.
viva la pistacchio!
Authentic and atmospheric Italian restaurant and cake shop. Friendly staff and a significant number of Italian patrons. a little noisy and tricky access in old building.
Great food, pastries and professional staff !! Highly recommend.
The cannolis here are such a treat. Definitely worth a visit. Can t wait to go back the next time I m in Dublin!
This place will transport you to Sicily in an instant. It'll almost make you in vacation in a sunny, warm place.
Excellent coffee and cream puffs with pistachio cream .. The only negative note made possible thanks to the unhappy comment from a member of staff regarding the Neapolitans: but I say, we are already struggling to fight this racism between north and south in Italy, but outside Italy, when even more we should all be more countrymen, there are those who continue to use phrases like: Are you from Naples? Ah then you are not Italian .. Too bad Fiorenza, you will be Marchigiana or Sicilian or any other Italian region, but the little lack of touch has no region that holds.
The cakes are good, the place is kind of hidden, it is below the street level, need to look carefully to find it. They also have big birthday cakes, at 30-50 EUR price range, and small cakes at around 5euro.
I used to love this place but since it has moved to Anne Street South the atmosphere is no longer the same. On the top of it, the problems of over crowding doesn't seem to have solved. Yesterday I was there with my boyfriend and after 20 minutes of queueing we were told by the waitress that she had no idea of when we could get the the table we were waiting for.Etremely disappointing experience.
Nothing to dislike, had a wonderful evening with great food and wine l, atmosphere is homey with great decor
Quaint, little restaurant with great Italian food and pastries, (including Canoles)
Best Italian place in Dublin! It's run by Italians! The food and the cakes are delicious. They don't have a lot of options in the menu, but every dish they make is just amazing. I strongly recommend to try the Parmigiana, it's my personal favorite!
Amazing coffee, great sweets and you can practice your Italian too.
Cosy place to taste the amazing cakes or to enjoy a delicious lunch
Fabulous spagetthi carbonara with unforgettable red glass of wine finished with a typical sicilian canolo
Amazing cannoli. Good coffee too. Had an amazing sweet breakfast there.
Food is amazing here but especially desserts. They offer a great variety of italian cakes and so far I liked every single one of the ones I tasted. The place is very small and easly gets crowded. Wouldn't recommend if looking for a cosy quite place
Definitely the best cannoli in Dublin. Also coffee is very good.
Very nice place! Came here for breakfast and I have to say the food is top notch! Staff are super friendly and place is nice and cosy making you feel like at home. Definitely would recommend this place !
Fantastic food and desserts as good as being in Italy itself. I've been here many times and always enjoyed it. However, las time I've been waiting 50 minutes for a toasted panini which is absurd. I was keen in getting a coffee and tiramisu but left because nobody seemed to care enough. I suggest to avoid this place unless you have two hours to spare or they buy a new toasting machine and improve the service.
The best canollo I have ever tasted! So fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. Great atmosphere, welcoming service, if you are in Dublin you have to visit!
In my opinion, they have the best cakes in town!! If you like pistachio, you won t regret
This place tends to be very busy... but the cakes & tarts are beyond reproach.
Couldn t find better place to eat an authentic Italian food. Excellent service.
One of the best place to get your food! The atmosphere is very nice, the staff empathic and the food terrific! You can't ask for more!
Amazing sicilian sweets. The price is well worth the quality and freshness of the sweets. Paninis and coffee are also good! That now also serve Aperitivo and are opened for dinner until 10PM.
One of the nicer and more spacious Italian restaurants in Dublin
Arrived with no booking and we were happily catered for. We were absolutely starving and the bread was plentiful which was lovely because it gave us a chance to properly take a look at the menu without an impulse pick. We all got separate dishes and all three were amazing. The waiter was very attentive and helpful. One drawback for anybody that can't climb stairs because it is up two flights of stairs. This was grand for us as it meant we had a great window view
I was there only for coffee and a cannoli which btw was delicious..
Just need a improvement on the service..
Amazing desserts!
Disclaimer: Italian Hot Chocolate is heavier than a meal
Very impressed with this small gem. Lovely decor, great service and amazing selection of cakes! You cannot go wrong!
Very good Sicilian sweets made with top quality ingredients, to be enjoyed in a cozy and colorful environment. The flavors of home found in Dublin. Highly recommended.
If you are in Dublin, do not hesitate to stop by if you want to try the best Italian pastry. If so.
Not even a dessert for those who are intolerant to gluten. Sin
Parmigiana was not good, I was so disappointed, it was just stuck in the microwave and was cold in the centre... I loved loved loved this place when it was on dawson St in the basement, the food and staff were amazing... Sadly I have to find a new italian restaurant in Dublin for when I visit.
Best brunch and coffee in Dublin so far. Always fresh cakes and friendly staff
Favourite coffee place on dublin!!!! The sweets are amasing! The coffee really good! And the hot chocolate to die for! Even the paninis are great! The place is cosy colourful and pretty! And the service is really quick and kind. Only thing as glaw is usually is packed and you mighy have to wait till get a table.. and after youre done they expect you to leave the soonest for the next client. But anyway still worth it
It was lovely when I went over with a friend just two of us- delicious/authentic Italian coffee and paninis, friendly Italian owner and staff, but a few days later went back for dinner with husband and two little kids was a totally different experience. The small place was packed, the waiters were stressed out and they even admitted themselves they can t cope with the crowed. We waited 25 mins to get some water and menu, then another 45 mins to get our food. Love the food there defo a great place for a quick bite to eat but won t go back with kids for sure.
Cooked pasta "to Italian", made by Italians in the center of Dublin, very pleasant place, staff speaks Italian, English obviously and one of the waitresses has lived in Barcelona and speaks Spanish and understands Catalan perfectly
Mouth-watering cakes and tarts, tasty sandwiches and excellent service
From the lunch to the pastries, this place has some of the best food I've had on this trip. I was almost in tears from how good the sweet potato, coconut soup and sandwich combo was.
If you're full, order the Pistachio cannolo. If not, order Coconut and Nutella tart!
If you need something special to make yourself or someone happy you should come here!
Delicious cakes and a wide variety! Very busy though, so service was ok but could be better.
Lovely cafe, always great food and super friendly staff. Nice coffee and fab cake!! Perfect spot for a cake and coffee in Dublin city centre.
Lovely premises. Food is delicious. Pasta a little al dente for my tastes but still lovely. Really enjoy the canola.
Nice food, very warm. Service could improve but was busy
There pistachio chocolate fudge cake is so mouth watering and very rich cappuccino is best cherry on top for a first date
Amazing Italian food. Beautifully presented. Classy venue, lovely, comfy chairs, well designed decor. Great staff, properly trained. Good wine
Recommended by my Italian friend, and I'm gonna try it soon
Unique treats: they seem to focus on local and seasonal. Awesome coffee and a delightful little garden at the rear.
Delicious Italian food with great service at a very affordable price
Their espresso is comparable to the original one! Finally!
Best tarts in Dublin :). But you can also find paninis and enjoy an aperitivo :). Super lovely staff and cosy place.
My favourite coffee shop in Dublin. Such an amazing service and the best pistachio cannoli I have ever tasted in my life <3
My favorite place for delicious Canolis and a cup of tea. Everything looks deliciously tasteful. It is cosy and well decorated. Friendly staff and well located.
Delicious paninis, brunch (eggs Florentine/Benedict) and cakes (cannoli above all). Often very busy for a good reason.
It's a cute cosy place. The desserts are really good here.
The decoration is beautiful but despite their reputation the pastries were only OK. Nothing special.
