It is a tiny place, very cute. The cappuccino is ... awesome !! It's delicious. I accompanied it with a portion of Torta della Nonna ... Homemade sponge cake filled with cream with pine nuts.

Served by very friendly Italians.
Very cute and highly recommended place.

After the new opening you have not only the best cakes in Dublin but also a lovely location! I still have to try the restaurant but I am sure I won't be disappointed knowing the chef personally!

my favorite sweet shop, coffee shop, cake house in ireland. I know it's not ''Irish'' but nowadays, i think that the people who live in Ireland makes Ireland what it is. Or mostly Dublin which is more divesed than other areas in Ireland.
Dolce Sicily has so many options and I before I die, I plan to try all their sweet menu.
viva la pistacchio!

Excellent coffee and cream puffs with pistachio cream .. The only negative note made possible thanks to the unhappy comment from a member of staff regarding the Neapolitans: but I say, we are already struggling to fight this racism between north and south in Italy, but outside Italy, when even more we should all be more countrymen, there are those who continue to use phrases like: Are you from Naples? Ah then you are not Italian .. Too bad Fiorenza, you will be Marchigiana or Sicilian or any other Italian region, but the little lack of touch has no region that holds.

The cakes are good, the place is kind of hidden, it is below the street level, need to look carefully to find it. They also have big birthday cakes, at 30-50 EUR price range, and small cakes at around 5euro.

I used to love this place but since it has moved to Anne Street South the atmosphere is no longer the same. On the top of it, the problems of over crowding doesn't seem to have solved. Yesterday I was there with my boyfriend and after 20 minutes of queueing we were told by the waitress that she had no idea of when we could get the the table we were waiting for.Etremely disappointing experience.

Best Italian place in Dublin! It's run by Italians! The food and the cakes are delicious. They don't have a lot of options in the menu, but every dish they make is just amazing. I strongly recommend to try the Parmigiana, it's my personal favorite!

Food is amazing here but especially desserts. They offer a great variety of italian cakes and so far I liked every single one of the ones I tasted. The place is very small and easly gets crowded. Wouldn't recommend if looking for a cosy quite place

Fantastic food and desserts as good as being in Italy itself. I've been here many times and always enjoyed it. However, las time I've been waiting 50 minutes for a toasted panini which is absurd. I was keen in getting a coffee and tiramisu but left because nobody seemed to care enough. I suggest to avoid this place unless you have two hours to spare or they buy a new toasting machine and improve the service.

Amazing sicilian sweets. The price is well worth the quality and freshness of the sweets. Paninis and coffee are also good! That now also serve Aperitivo and are opened for dinner until 10PM.

Arrived with no booking and we were happily catered for. We were absolutely starving and the bread was plentiful which was lovely because it gave us a chance to properly take a look at the menu without an impulse pick. We all got separate dishes and all three were amazing. The waiter was very attentive and helpful. One drawback for anybody that can't climb stairs because it is up two flights of stairs. This was grand for us as it meant we had a great window view

Amazing desserts!

Parmigiana was not good, I was so disappointed, it was just stuck in the microwave and was cold in the centre... I loved loved loved this place when it was on dawson St in the basement, the food and staff were amazing... Sadly I have to find a new italian restaurant in Dublin for when I visit.

Favourite coffee place on dublin!!!! The sweets are amasing! The coffee really good! And the hot chocolate to die for! Even the paninis are great! The place is cosy colourful and pretty! And the service is really quick and kind. Only thing as glaw is usually is packed and you mighy have to wait till get a table.. and after youre done they expect you to leave the soonest for the next client. But anyway still worth it

It was lovely when I went over with a friend just two of us- delicious/authentic Italian coffee and paninis, friendly Italian owner and staff, but a few days later went back for dinner with husband and two little kids was a totally different experience. The small place was packed, the waiters were stressed out and they even admitted themselves they can t cope with the crowed. We waited 25 mins to get some water and menu, then another 45 mins to get our food. Love the food there defo a great place for a quick bite to eat but won t go back with kids for sure.

Cooked pasta "to Italian", made by Italians in the center of Dublin, very pleasant place, staff speaks Italian, English obviously and one of the waitresses has lived in Barcelona and speaks Spanish and understands Catalan perfectly
