Dolce sicily is a little Italian gem in the heart of Dublin. Friendly staff, always helpful and ready to answer your questions. Cozy rooms on three floors. And last but not least : pistachio canolo. You have to try it! Forms a great duo with their lovely espresso.

If you want to eat an amazing Italian pasta, go to dolce Sicily. If you want amazing desserts, go to dolce Sicily. The sandwiches are good as well, but my favorite dishes are the carbonara and amatriciana! Staff is really nice as well!

This is our life saver in Dublin. Frankly, majority of Dublin s local restaurants and cafes are very expensive and serve unhealthy food (e.g. fish & chips, gastros). Moreover, they are overpriced.

Dolce s prices were surprisingly low for truly italian, healthy and delicious food. Paninis, main courses, breakfasts and deserts - all deserves 5 stars out of 5 possible.

2 paninis + soup of the day + 1 fresh orange juice = 23 -> wordless.

Tucked away downstairs below street level on Dawson Street this little cafe run by Italians would be hard to miss if it wasn't for the chalk board with 'Cannoli' written on it.

Oh yes, the sweet Sicilian pastries are available in Dublin and what a delight. The coffee here is great as well, there is a small outdoor seating area and quite a few tables inside.

After sitting for a while and enjoying the coffee, cannoli and the chiacchierata on a sunny day it wouldn't be hard to imagine yourself in Catania.

Very good. If it opened a place like this anywhere in Italy it would always be full. Value for money excellent. Finally a truly Italian place in Dublin (even the waiters are all Italian). All very good. Exceptional desserts

This place is a little gem. The quality of the food is excellent and the staff guys always have a smile for you. The place is (rightly) crowded the weekend but it is worth the wait and be pampered by Dolce Sicily. Keep it up guys!

Food very good, staff and chef are all Italians, service friendly, although the restaurant was well filled, the service worked flawless, food came quickly, price / performance very good. Certainly again

We had a delicious dinner here. I had the ravioli with butternut squash and himself had the Tagliatelle with sausage. Both were very tasty. The wine list has a lot of beautiful Italian wines.
The star of the show here is dessert - I had Pistachio Tiramisu which I am still thinking about the next day.
I've also been here for lunch and cake/coffee - highly recommend Dolce Sicily at anytime of day!

True Sicilian downstairs cafe where the waitresses and waiters are all from Italy and make a quick cup of quality coffee. Great for morning coffee and pastry. Many of the customers are Italian themselves. Good deals with soups and paninis. The cooked foods taste like they are homemade in Italy, but the desserts are what steal the show. Go for the Sicilian cannoli -- a real treat here in Dublin. Three rooms of seating downstairs, plus a new upstairs, but can be packed. Bathroom is shared with another shop upstairs.

Great pastries that's not overly sweet, the Chantilly cream was lightly whipped and a great addition to the Pistachio & Nutella sponge cake. Slightly pricier desserts at 5 + per serving, but there was a generous amount of pistachio on my cake. Cute decor and seating in two separate rooms, it was warm and toasty indoor which was great for Spring.

My favorite little haunt. If you are lucky enough to find a seat treat yourself to the the tasty fare. My last visit I ate Caprese salad which usually simple was rich with the best freshest ingredients. I washed it down with a refreshing homemade lemonade. Please try the cannoli.

Delicious homemade cakes and decent coffee at reasonable prices. Tapas like food menu, lovely staff and always busy. In the basement of a building, so not easily accessible by wheelchair.

The ravioli are super good.

The ravioli are super good.
The food is good, but a bit pricey, just why I gave it 4 stars.
The cakes are delicious.

From the owner to the food and through dessert there is nothing that is not delicious at Sweet Sicily. I love the familiar feeling and the Italian character that is kept

Good restaurant, good coffee, the gnocchis have no waste. The tables are a little uncomfortable and there is little privacy and you are totally stuck to the one next door. Otherwise everything ok, the price - acceptable quality.

The place is well located , food is tasty and service provided is great. Deserts are exceptional good, so far the best in Dublin. The place is following covid restrictions, all the staff wearing masks, low amount of people inside, definitely a safe place for a dinner out !

Great food and cakes. But-that space is too small for that amount of tables.. i believe rent is high so they are trying to use space as much as possible... i will return there for take away but never for to sit in there....may be I am too picky but 20 cm between tables is not enough...and if you want to sit or go to toilet - you literally have to move your table or nearly sit on table beside just to get out. Unless you are xs size and less. Great food , I hope they will rearrange space at least a bit...

Wow! I have quite a sweet tooth and this place was utterly phenomenal. My wife and I enjoyed basking in the cute, homey setting while indulging in a pistachio sponge nutella cake that was delicately moist and a truly decadent ricotta nutella tart. Go. Now. Like. Right now. If they're closed, start a line. Or a queue as you Europeans might call it. Just go, OK?

Food is delicious, probably one of the few places where you can actually taste the best Sicilian food, 4 stars only because it shares the toilette for customers with the business above and usually packed

The sweets are very, very nice. Coffee is also top level. I was less impressed with the hot food. I ordered a lasagne and for the first time I have got a piece of lasagne in a cold plate (yes, cold plate) instead of a proper lasagne ceramic dish. It was pretty tasty but that was clearly a ready to go lasagne.
