Nice decoration. A lot of seating. Good food and coffee.
Loved this place. Canoli and torta della nonno were superb. Went for brunch as well which was faultless.
Really enjoyed the salad here. Food is simple but good. The environment is clean and modern. More of a one on one lunch
The authentic taste of Italy, the best food I have ever tried in Dublin. The dessert was simply amazing and the service was excellent. I definitely recommend it. I'll be back soon.
Cannolo is good but not amazing. A bit too expensive. However, this is probably the best place for Sicilian desserts in Dublin.
Love the staff.Very nice and friendly.oo but the food..OMG.
You ll love this place if you re a sweet tooth!
The only down side is you might have to leave in an hour or so
Best tiramisu I've had. Canoli used to be great but the last few times I've been underwhelmed. It's not cheap, but worth every penny.
Cosy and charming atmosphere with tasty reasonably priced food. Lovely staff too.
Yesterday evening I ve been in Dolce Sicily to try the dinner menu , it was really amazing, like come back in Italy!
Start to the funny and kindly staff ( specially the Sicilian guys) lovely Italian ambiente and gorgeous food and wine!
I ll come back for sure !
It's a nice place to try, the food is really good (although a bit expensive for the amount of food) and the service is good.
This place is really nice and cosy. There is a big variety of lovely cakes and all of them are amazing! I have been there many times together with my friends as it is the best coffee shop to have good Italian cakes in a nice atmosphere. I can highly recommend the Cannolo and the strawberry-custard cake :)
Gorgeous food & wine, great atmosphere and really lovely, friendly staff! Will definitely be back!
Went there for a dinner with my lady and her friend. All of us were disappointed how small portions were. We used to go to Sweet sicily when it was on Dawson street, remember deserts were great then. New building has nice interior, but i feel price for a pasta or risotto is overpriced and portion is way too small. Left the place very hungry
Very nice italian restaurant, best in Dublin so far.
This is real italian cuisine with real italian product, the dolce is also exceptional as are the morning sandwiches
Canolo, tart pineapple coco, sponge pistachio Nutella, matcha latte all good for a sweet breakfast...
the desserts were heavily and under several friends recommendations one of the best coffee in dublin additional they do a mouthwatering hot chocolate perfect for those winters months
Cannoli is amazing and great coffee. This place is a regular spot for Italians so that's probably a good sign
Cutest little Italian place. Has absolutely amazing service, people there are really nice and friendly, food is very tasty. The prices aren't too bad, the atmosphere is cosy and inviting, the perfect place to bring family and friends
It's extremely awful how a bad manager can destroy the reputation of a place. As usual customer I love the cakes and coffee I have brought many people to the place since they was in the previous location. Yesterday I went with my friend around 5 to 6 willing to have dinner as I'm pregnant. The person at the door asked us twice what we want in a very rude way. After telling him we want a table for dinner he insisted us to check the menu. Even, I told him I will check it on the table (it's obvious the do Italian food and it's obviously we can afford our dinner). My friend received the menu and he told us we have to order two plates each as minimum, to what we respond yes not problem we just want a table. I'm 7 months pregnant but unfortunately the rudness and lack of customer services of this man really make us to prefer to go to another place as he make us feel if we was asking for a free meal. So, change you door man for an smiling and polite person before he destroys the amazing job that the kitchen and Bakers do!!
Delicious. No more words needed! The main dishes as well as the sweets are fantastic!
First class, freshly prepared food, superb selection of homemade cakes and great coffee
Amazing cake as tasted in the best patisseries in Sicily!
The place has lovely cakes but the staff and the way they're organizing everything is chaotic. We were standing for 20 mins in the line while many guests left and in front of us were free tables, after 20 mins they just sat us down on the table that was clearly free from the begining on.
In addition the kitchen/coffee machine section was very loud with staff loudly cleaning the coffee portafilters, making it impossible to have a conversation or to relax.
This place is just the best place in town for desserts , coffee, and brunch. The staff is also amazing despite being busy always, especially Lorenzo:)
Best cakes in Dublin!!! Try the chocolate fudge and the Pistachio Bronte cakes :)
Absolutely delicious cakes but very expensive. Italian do know they pastry!
One of the best cake places in town. All cakes/cannoli are freshly made, the coffee is of course great.
This is a must try! The place is cozy and the service very friendy... usually the queue is deservedly long so... be patient :)
Real Italian experience in the heart of Dublin. I come regularly for pistachio tiramisu which you can get also to go.
Good cakes and coffee but very limited menu for salty foodand only available at lunch time. The space is quite limited and you have to wait for a table many times.
Fantastic, cozy place, very nice staff. Lovely coffee and pastries.
Good food in a Georgian building that also serves as a shop. Service could have been better.
Great dessert options, food is fresh and delicious.
It's a really nice place and food, but the service can be better sometimes...
I love the coffee and all the sweets I had in there.
Kudos to the amazing Pistacchio Tiramissu ( THE BEST TIRAMISSU I had. For real) , peach tart, pistacchio cannnoli and the Coconut and Nutella tart. <3
People with sweet tooth, you are not going to be disappointed!
My favorite thing here are the pastries, but I had a very tasty Lasagna and sandwich for lunch as well.
The place is small, so in peak time or weekends it can be crowded.
The staff is italian and were always nice to me. :)
I had a cappuccino and a nutella croissant (no chocolate) but the croissant was so inviting that I devoured it before I could even take the picture! And it was so good that I made an encore! In the evening you can also dine on homemade pasta. The place is small but nice.
Best attention, food and coffee in temple bar. worth paying a visit, you'll come back.
It's really nice place , i like the cakes and the coffee, next time I will try the food .. the all staff are smiling and welcoming everyone .
A real piece of Italy in the middle of Dublin. The cakes are perfect - all fresh with the largest selection. The best thing is that they also get delicious salty things for lunch - everything is authentic and very good value for money - the atmosphere is priceless.
Update 2019: I found they now serve one vegan cake option. A really cool place. Real Italian food with many cakes on display. Very welcoming. Many vegetarian options, I wish they had some vegan sweets as well. Currently most bread and focaccias, tomato soup and fruit are vegan. They also serve soy milk macchiato and cappuccino.
Best desserts in town plus good price on the rest of the dishes
Awesome cheesecakes, the best I've had for a while!
Lived in Sicily for three years. Same great service, quality and authenticity I experienced all over Sicily. I was walking about one morning and stumbled upon this place. Took me back to memories in Italy.
Sat down and waited over 15 minutes for a waiter to even acknowledge us or give us a menu, and it was not busy. Staff act as if you're doing them a favour by visiting them. Much better places in Dublin.
Taste of Italy and delicious cakes! Try Spritz with a little aperitivo!
Amazing food and service. Fabulous brunch and sandwich + soup combo options. Loved the Nutella and coconut tart when I came here last time. I would also highly recommend for their more Italian dishes.
UPDATE: Now moved around the corner to a much bigger premises on South Anne's Street, on several floors. It has a small takeaway cafe counter on the ground floor and if you want to sit you'll be directed upstairs. Service friendly and by mostly real Italians. PREVIOUSLY: A victim of its own success and popular with local Italians, this tiny downstairs cafe is very crushed but service is efficient and the Sicilian cakes on offer are great.
Excellent Italian breads and pastries...and great value!!
If you are looking for cakes and coffee, I recommend this place. In my opinion, they have the best strawberry shortcake in dublin. Staff are friendly and really helpful.
Pretty decent Italian outlet for breakfast and lunch. See menu for options.
Great Italian bar where you can find the classic espresso, lot of the and other drinks and classic cakes. Very raccomanded
Superb desserts! Love their cake simple the best the pistachio and also the strawberry sponge cake. This time had the chance to sit in and ordered the pistachio cannolo which was also nyummy!
A gem in the heart of the city centre. Very authentic Italian food and extremely kind staff. Lots of stairs but worth it to get to the airy room at the top which has a great sunlit atmosphere. Also worth noting there's a very good medical practice nearby so if you get food poisoning go to Grafton Medical Practice for all your medical needs.
Delicious, original, fresh, friendly welcome, cozy setting
Great place to spend a quiet afternoon with friends with hot drinks. Sicilian cannoli is highly recommended.
I do not know if it is richer carbonara, lasagna or canoli ... spectacular!
