Best customer service in Albuquerque. We have used DSI for years, they are a great company. Excellent customer service!! Would recommend this company to all Albuquerque business's who want the best quality and service when it comes to office equipment (although they offer so much more). My name is Dolores and I work at Sandia National Laboratories. I am SO pleased with the customer service that I received and "always" receive over the years from Document Solutions! I was out of the office for about a week and came back to the office yesterday to find that everyone was in a panic because the black toner on our printer/copier was completely out. I immediately called Document Solutions and spoke to a friendly customer service representative (everyone's always super friendly every time I call) and asked if we could have toners delivered to us right away. I didn't expect them to be here so soon, they were here in the office by the time I came in (next day delivery) and they had replaced the used black toner cartridge for me as well. Thank you Document Solutions for being SO on top of your game!!! :)

I called Document Solutions today and talked with the nicest person Robert. He was very helpful and personal and pleasant. He made the ordering easy and it made a difference to have someone so helpful and patient. Thanks Robert. One happy Customer!
