My name is Dolores and I work at Sandia National Laboratories. I am SO pleased with the customer service that I received and "always" receive over the years from Document Solutions! I was out of the office for about a week and came back to the office yesterday to find that everyone was in a panic because the black toner on our printer/copier was completely out. I immediately called Document Solutions and spoke to a friendly customer service representative (everyone's always super friendly every time I call) and asked if we could have toners delivered to us right away. I didn't expect them to be here so soon, they were here in the office by the time I came in (next day delivery) and they had replaced the used black toner cartridge for me as well. Thank you Document Solutions for being SO on top of your game!!! :)
