I was very impressed by the consultation I received from Dr Doung on my first visit to the clinic.Really kind, caring and has a great understanding of what he is doing.
My whole family have had visits with Dr Doung and they too have had the same experience.

Quoc is a caring doctor, who s ear is always open. I know that bulk-billing means that the consultations are generally short, but he always cares. I ve been a patient of his for almost 5 years.
Fantastic doctors. They really engage with their patients and explain procedures. My son has been so well looked after following a couple of surgeries. Helen is a wonderful friendly receptionist. Highly recommend

Dr Quoc and Dr Maathanghi are the two doctors that my family and I see at Drs@Knox and they are both very professional, helpful and respectful. They are both great with children and will take their time with you to ensure you re comfortable and at ease. I am grateful to have found these two amazing doctors.

Highly prepared professionals and very friendly staff. I also like the fact that they are willing to listen to your family history and do take the time to investigate things. It is not your usual 5-10min bulk billed appointment.
I go here regularly and the doctors are always great and so is the staff.
Dr Julie Belousoff (pedeatrician) helped us immensely with our daughter. She was thorough and explained everything to us clearly. She could not have been more helpful spending over and hour with us. I would highly recommend her! The reception staff are also very professional and helpful.
Fantastic reception staff and the Drs are amazing. There is never a long wait as they actually run on time. During consultation the Drs take their time and actually listen to you and always give the best medical advice.
Saw Dr Pallavi and she was very helpful, efficient and friendly. Had to have a blood test following my appointment and Sharon was fantastic - finding my vein with no problem despite my not being prepared at all for a blood test (no water or eaten yet all day). She was also very friendly and sweet to chat to. Lovely experience.
I first visited this medical centre some time ago with my Grandson & was impressed. The occasional visit since then, has only reinforced my good opinion of Dr Quoc Duong and the staff. This is a Dr who not only knows what he is doing, but is extremely pleasant and always informs the patient of his recommendation/treatments. Added to this, Helen the receptionist, is friendly, efficient & has a brilliant memory.

Very professional and friendly staff. Appointments are usually a must. Walk ins are welcome but are not guaranteed. Despite that they will do everything possible to get you in as soon as they can. They have an onsite pharmacy who do price matching and free weekly/monthly pill packets done up for you. And there is a nurse every night from 6pm to 10pm. This place has a seating area for kids and this place is always clean and welcoming.
We were visiting Doctors@Knox as it was closer to our home, but wasn't a great experience in the initial visits. We had very long waiting periods despite securing the appointments and same is the case without the appointments (even though we are the first ones to arrive at the centre). Doctors are fine, no issues at all, but be prepared to wait if that's not a concern.
We will definitely be thinking if we need to visit again.

The Doctors and their staff are always amazinging helpful and pleasant.. It is easy to make an appointment ,without any sour medical receptionist treating you like a nuisance .
I visited the Doctors@Knox a couple of weeks ago, after waiting 30mins for my appointment, I was in the consult room for no more than 5mins, when the Doctor cut me off mid sentence when I was trying to explain some concerns I had, he then said that I would need to book another appointment at a later date because he was running behind schedule. Absolutely disgusted that a doctor would actually do that.
Doctor Monisha Koppaka is the best doctor who I have seen in a very long. Also hats off to the lovely ladies at the reception always polite and always put the patient first.

I have never had to wait for ages to see the doctor either. Twenty minutes would be the maximum I have had to wait and that is rare.
