Recently I bought the original version of Office f...

Recently I bought the original version of Office for Home & Business 2016 at Sim Lim Square only to realise later that the product key was already being redeemed by someone overseas. Hence, my installation was not successful. As I need to use the software urgently, I downloaded a trial version for Home 365 as I could not seek help during the weekend. Subsequently, in the next few days, I complained to Microsoft Singapore and the matter was handled by Ms Tyas. Later, I was advised that the product key has been reset and I could use them after uninstalling the trial version of Home 365 by 25 December 2016. On today(17 Dec 2016), I uninstalled the trial version from my computer and tried to use the Office for Hone & Business 2016 which I purchased but I was unable to because the trial version of Home 365 is still in my Microsoft account. I am very disappointed that I have to undergo some much problems and I am reserving my option to seek for compensation for the trouble and duress over the last few weeks. I am very disappointed that Microsoft has failed in its duty of care to ensure that product purchased by comsumer was already by redeemed by others when this product was put up for sale.

I expect the top management of Microsoft to address this matter before I escalate this matter further.

If I could zero stars I would. After getting a faulty surface 2 tablet delivered, Microsoft have not responded to me in a week with a solution to refund or replace the product. I have spent more time on hold than speaking to someone, and not a single customer service representative is aware of their policies or is able to help. Once you get through, they just transfer you from person to person. This is the worst service I have ever received.

Held my data hostage and refused to allow me to retrieve my data unless I renew the cloud service. called and emailed them umpteen times but unable to call through each call take about 30 min before hanging up. F up organisation. People should disassociate themselves from this organisation.

The general line 68888899 selection 9 to locate someone in Microsoft is as good as non-existent. Called more than 3 times and was put on hold for more than 20 min after which the line just cuts off.

Great brand, but also a great disappointment to customers.

One trip to this location is too much, I had to make three. Poor location and poor service. Why am I running around the city for a defective product by Microsoft? Ended up with a refurbished product in the end. Never again Microsoft.

Poor Microsoft service support. Having problem with the type keyboard as it is not connected to Surface Pro. Apparently it is a common issue. Customer technical support requested me to reset my Surface Pro. After reset, it did not seen to resolve the connection issue and has to send for repair which costs S$886. Instead of solving the problem, the resetting has erased all my installed apps. Hence I have to re-install Microsoft office 365 all over again. But encounter with problem of re-installing. So have to call up customer Service Center again. Understand from Engel, the customer service support, they do not provide immediate assistance and has to schedule for a time which is 4 hours later. I need my office apps to to work on an assignment urgently and has to bear with it now. Moreover, they do not provide 24 hours support for South East Asia as they claimed. Only 8.30am to 6pm .

PLEASE don't ever buy a Microsoft product! Would have given them a -1 Star if the option is available! Surface Pro has many manufacturing defects. And reaching the support helpline is a horrible, terrible nightmare! Am utterly disappointed with them. Notice I have never ever given a company such a poor review

My MS Office 2001 version cannot be recognised the word and excel files after the window 8.1 update. All my documents become irrelevant using current system! What's next for me?

The frequent updates on window os is negatively impact my user experience! It shows clearly the immaturity of the product or developers!

Don't buy Microsoft Surface. The worst customer service I ever experience. Expired warranty in system when the warranty is still valid. CS officer unable to deliver the promise made to customer, using escalation to escape the issue. Now, there is no response from CS officer because he can't handle the situation.

None of the platforms can resolve CS issue.

Please put in some thoughts before buying any Microsoft devices.

Microsoft office is horrible, I would rather use google drives and ppt. My subscription code expired just on the day I was about to complete my project and the whole powerpoint system without any warning. I have been subcribing it to for the past 10 years, does it seem that I would not pay the subcription fee??? Can't you give me a 1 week notice or a few days of extension for the deadline? This cause me to suffer badly for my project. I will never support microsoft office again.

Had a call from a Richard from Microsoft Retail department. He was extemely rude! Called in, and after telling him it is not a good time, he hung up my call immediately! Is this how customer service is about??
I hope Microsoft look into the matter.

Great centre for other purposes. Not for customer service or anything related to that.
Not so great attitude of the staff towards people with technical enquiries. It's better to redirect the customers (in their Singapore website) to another site for technical service needs.

What a WONDERFOO Microsoft Customer Support!!! No product fault. Only pinpricks. Case closed for this newly bought surface laptop. But, I am the user and still experience electric shock of your substandard product! What a slipshod settlement!!! So, you rather I keep getting piercing and pain from your injurious device, and don't trouble you any further. I also complained the keys on the keyboard give wrong symbols. There is nil action from you for that!!!
My lifetime regret is to have made this inappropriate purchase!!!!!!

Office atmosphere is too cool, the office is located at the 21st floor and the view looks stunning on all the sides. You can actually see the iconic merlion statue from the pantry area and the view of the traffic is also quite exquisite. Well maintained place and ample car parking space is available.

Strategy venue with big sign which is easy to find. The design is not really inspiring resulting from simple design. A good view over the harbor and the city. Love it! However, it has a good event place which is usually sponsored for startup & tech events in town. But remember to register with security down stair in advance to have printed visitor card otherwise, your attendants will be stuck!

There was no authorized service centre in singapore for surface pro. If surface spoil only option was replacement with refurbished set by paying additional 65% of the new device cost ( around $700+ ).means only can use for one year only ( warranty period ). Warranty expires no repair.
