The nurse and Dr were great. The Dr took his time not only listening to my mother, but also talking through possible causes and her treatment options. Made a nerve wracking experience less so.

I never used Urgent Care before. I was extremely ill. Initially, the staff lacked a comforting disposition.
When I met the physician; I was thrown by her gentle voice, touch and two ears to truly listen to my health concerns.
The Physician instantly recognized my symptoms without an X-ray or even drawing blood.
Additionally, I was trusted to return to Urgent Care to summit my Blue Cross Card.

I come in to be seen because of a burning pain I've been experiencing through my hip down the back of my leg. The nurse comes out shaking her head, pretty much kicking me out, is what it felt like because she was the only person working. Her tone was rude and instead of suggesting a solution for me she was quick to tell me that I couldn't be seen. She suggested going to another location after the fact. Terrible experience

The service was excellent and fast. I was extremely happy w the doctor on how he took care of my dog bite.

Worst ever AFC Urgent care (Dedham). Worst customer service. They are in Hawai recommended testing center for COVID-19. Accordingly, I made my appointment with them (very time sensitive). I confirmed our appointment several times with them for the Hawai travel. They also sent confirmation text the day before our test. They said we are all set. Unfortunately, on the day of the test, they (Jessica and Pauli) told me that they cannot do the Hawai test; also other AFC urgent care cannot do. This was a time sensitive issue, and we asked for help as they took/confirmed our appointment. But they denied to take any responsibility. Then they asked us to wait in the car for 20 minutes; they said they will let us know about the appointment. Accordingly, we waited in the car (hot) for more that 3 hours (instead of 20 minutes). No one responded. Even after promising, they did not bother to call me. Then I called again....they gave vague answers; and said if you want you can come. This is a total harassment and terrible/worst customer service. We were mentally drained out. Please avoid this center if you can. Believe me. They are WORST

I have never regretted paying a visit to AFC Urgent Care Dedham. At AFC Urgent Care Dedham expertise and professionalism is non-compromised. I will confidently recommend this place if the need arises.

AFC Urgent Care was the best! I acquired a metal rusty splinter in my shin from a rusty guy wire while performing an environmental cleanup.
Dr Aubry was the best! Very caring and he took into account the pain the injury caused. Dr Aubry took care of this quickly and I was on my way to complete the project.
Staff was great!

I went to AFC urgent care in Dedham for my Covid Vaccines. The process was seamless and safe. The staff was very pleasant and professional. Overall, an excellent experience!

Highly recommend AFC Urgent Care. I went to have a simple diagnostic test. I was seen on time and the people with whom I spoke were professional and courteous. I was made to feel comfortable during my visit as well. I d not been to an urgent care facility in the past. Will certainly consider another visit when I can t wait for an appointment at my Primary Care Physician s office.
