Worst ever AFC Urgent care (Dedham). Worst customer service. They are in Hawai recommended testing center for COVID-19. Accordingly, I made my appointment with them (very time sensitive). I confirmed our appointment several times with them for the Hawai travel. They also sent confirmation text the day before our test. They said we are all set. Unfortunately, on the day of the test, they (Jessica and Pauli) told me that they cannot do the Hawai test; also other AFC urgent care cannot do. This was a time sensitive issue, and we asked for help as they took/confirmed our appointment. But they denied to take any responsibility. Then they asked us to wait in the car for 20 minutes; they said they will let us know about the appointment. Accordingly, we waited in the car (hot) for more that 3 hours (instead of 20 minutes). No one responded. Even after promising, they did not bother to call me. Then I called again....they gave vague answers; and said if you want you can come. This is a total harassment and terrible/worst customer service. We were mentally drained out. Please avoid this center if you can. Believe me. They are WORST
