I recently worked with a real estate company to find a new property and decided to give this company a try. Overall, the experience was average. While the website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of properties, the communication and follow-up from the agents were lacking at times. I did appreciate the range of properties available and the user-friendly interface of the website. However, I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and responsiveness. I was hoping for a more personalized and attentive approach when it came to my specific needs and preferences. Despite the average experience, I did find a suitable property through the company, but I felt that the overall process could have been smoother with better communication.
