This company has been the absolute worst! I absolutely beg anyone looking for lawn services to look elsewhere for lawn care. The lady/girl that works the front desk is an rude, unprofessional and not helpful. The quality of work is poor and that is if they even show up.
Quality of work has decreased each year, and I have several properties in neighborhoods served by different D&D crews. Problems are similar across all crews. Several years ago I would have given D&D 4 stars, and they are barely earning 2 at this point. Poor work results in additional costs to repair. Problems are due to lack of training and inadequate oversight. I have always found the office responsive, but that needs to translate into the product in the field.
Great service this year and always punctual. D&D has been a reputabal service for our mowing and weed eating needs. They also know how to gauge the rain and grass growth. Thanks Greg and team.
Last summer I had my lawn mowed by D&D. Each time I called and requested that it be mowed it was done by the next day. My lawn is a slope and they did a great job.
I also have had D&D extermination spray the outside of my house for ants the past two summers. He was also very timely and had it done within three business days of my call.
I would highly recommed both services to anyone needing lawn or extermination services.
I am a client through Forest lakes. This company is very unprofessional. Emails and phone calls are not returned promptly and one of the owners spoke with the HOA management by shouting and cursing. This was D&D's response to our complaint that they were not fulfilling their contract. I do not recommend D&D.
This company was a disaster. We were new to town and I called several companies for bids. They weren t the cheapest but the man they sent out to do the bid seemed really competent. We never saw him again. Here s what happened:
He recommended installing a new lawn in two phases:
Phase one: beds and side lawn at risk for washing. The grass was fine but the flower beds were a joke. They just stripped the grass/sod off and put mulch down. No top soil no digging in to create beds.
Phase two: I called to have a word before phase 2. No return calls. They just showed up. This time they did put topsoil down but the covered the newly seeded lawn with hay instead of straw! That means there was hay growing in the yard and choking out the grass.
I never dreamed a so-called professional service could be so shockingly incompetent. My new lawn folks have got everything in order now, but hiring D&D was a very expensive mistake.
These guys & gals are great! They always take excellent care of our place no matter what the task is. Thank you!!
I have been using D and D Lawn Care since they opened their doors. They do a great job!
Always come, courteous, and careful with the lawn. They take notes and try to do exactly what the homeowner wants.

I'm not sure how they are at lawn care but I can speak to the character of their employees. I was run off the road today by one of their trucks and given "the bird" buy 2 of the employees to salt the wound. So I thought I would be a good neighbor and call them to let them know about the misconduct and dangerous behavior. A woman who I dentified her self as the owners daughter answered and I described the event. She seemed concerned and aked if got the plate of the truck. I got a partial and a description / photo of the driver. She said with out a full plate number that the driver would deny the behavior and there wasn't much she could do. I thanked her...and as she was hanging up, she said I needed to grow the "eff" up...guess we know how this will be handled. I am glad she thought the call was disconnected - I now know her character too. Shameful.

It's unfortunate that you had nothing good to say about our company.... but we have NEVER done any work for you, I think you might have us confused with another Lawn Care company- Please in the future do some research before you degrade our company!!
