Great place . One stop shop for all travel related products.

Airline centre basically with a coffee shop downstairs & a mini super market. Not much activity as many spaces are empty

Staff are amazing and very helpful and highly recommend it for anyone looking to book a holiday with them.

Staff will not be even on there seats most of the time and my experience there system also useless most of the time they are not working...

Having to change our flight and come back home was the worst experience. We called Dnata and never got routed to a consultant, they promised to call back and never did! Then we tried the WhatsApp number provided to be informed that there are no flights available and it took us to log to the airline website and challenge the WhatsApp operator to get a confirmation of availability, yet by the time things were answered we were two hours before the flight and couldn t make the airport ontime. Lesson learned, never to buy tickets thru Dnata again

One stop shop for all travel requirements including E-Gate and Visas

Catastrophic Service & Very rude staff. Applied for a visa from Germany to UAE and it took 4 days with no answer or feedback and after 50 calls they respond saying that you have to wait at least 3 more working days when flight was hours away. They take no responsibility and they are unprofessional. For the sake of your convenience and money avoid this agency.

Good place good service but extra charge for booking

All the desks are empty even the advice desk no one to ask for help. There are only 2 staff at their desk and one is casually chatting probably to a friend and the other one is for visa services which I don't want. I'm sitting here about 10 minutes and no sign of any service. The quality of service is gone down drastically!
