The worst service

I paid to dnata AED 1409 on 28.4 2019 for hotel reservation in Rotana Al Fujairah Hotel & resort for 3 nights but sadly dnata didn't make any room reservations for us, and the hotel is fully booked, I spent all day in very difficult calls with the dnata customers service (the worst one in Dubai) then I paid from my pocket AED 5150 to another hotel because their own negligence.
And up to date, dnata didn t refund my money, for that, I advise no one deal with them.

Extremely pleased with the assistance my partner and I received today from Hanaa Islam. She is very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about what she does.

I am from the Customer Service industry myself and it is not very easy to find such person in this country who is be very calm, diplomatic, and even make a small talk to connect with his clients at late night of her shift. I am truly impressed and may you flourish more in your career at Dnata.

Horrible travel agency. Dont give them your money because they sit on the cash and only pay the hotel much later. If holiday gets cancelled, they simply dont return your money or even dont give you a voucher

Worst experience ever!!!! Despite a confirmed booking and a payment to Dnata Travel, I've been denied to check in my hotel room. The hotel was fully booked for 2 weeks and they informed all. The agents in advance!!!! Why did you let me book. Why did you send me a confirmation and took payment for it?????
Now it takes more than 4 hours to "check if the room is available". Do yourself a favour and book through another travel agent if you don't want to risk your business trip or vacations to be ruined.

For food, there's Costa(expensive) or the company cafeteria(cheap, and quieter as well).

Toilets are well kept and maintained.

There's also an exchange(Al Rostamani) and a convenience store inside.
